Summary
After being captured by a vessel of traffickers, Jet is sold off to the wealthiest brothel in the Fire Nation, where he and others are at the bitter whims of officials and royalty.
Forced into a life he despises, the familiar fury roils inside of him. He has to stomp it down to have a chance at surviving in this new place, all the while it threatens to eat him from the inside out.
The only thing keeping him afloat are a few friends and a dangerous new persona.
Alternate Summary: The Prince falls in love with a prostitute trope... with a twist? The twist being that the prostitute has murderous aspirations and a blood kink.

Summary
Jet has known about loss all his life. He’s known it from the time he lost his home, his mother, from the time he lost the captain position, and from the time he pushed away a love that could have been.
He’s familiar with the pain that comes with it—the slow suffocation from it. He knows how to deal with it. Or so he thinks. Because the longer he stares at Zuko's message, the tighter his throat constricts, the blurrier his vision becomes, and the louder his thoughts tell him that he could never move past this impending loss.
Or: Sokka, Zuko, and Jet become a throuple but it’s not as easy as it sounds.

"We're going to be alcoholics by the time we're thirty," Sokka sighed.
"You think we'll live to be thirty?" Zuko asked, honestly thrilled. Sokka had pretty good instincts. Perhaps Zuko should reevaluate his long term goals. He could start by having long term goals.
A more likely alternative was that Sokka was just a hopeless optimist. It just went to show, you never truly saw another man until you stood shoulder to shoulder against a fleet of war balloons intent on raining death upon the city you loved.
Zuko was just a normal guy with normal interests. He liked theatre, burglary, crotchety ostrich horses, watching the Blind Bandit crush her opponents in a glorious display of skill and violence... just your standard banished prince things. It wasn't his fault he kept stumbling into rebellions and uncovering long-buried secrets. Fine, maybe freeing the prisoners was on him, but he was completely innocent of all other treason. Zuko was his father's loyal son. He'd never betray his nation.
