"Sure."
"There are documented methods of managing them short of completion. It involves a temporary bite. Not a bond mark— the placement is deliberate, the effect fades within days."
A pause. He raised an eyebrow. "And you're telling me this because?"
Kakuzu's jaw grew taut. Brat. "Because you're my partner and the most proximate option. I do not wish to mate with you."
Or; For the first time in decades, Kakuzu goes into pre-rut. Hidan's the most uneducated fool he's ever met. Kakuzu will just have to make do.
