It’s Melanie who finds the tape.
"Statement of Fiona Law, regarding the death of Angus Stacey, her subsequent release from the role of Archival Assistant, and her decision to continue regardless."
It is wedged between a fissure in a groaning filing cabinet and the tiled edge of an ancient fireplace. To access it, she has to peel back a bit of woodworm-ridden panelling and flick it out with a pen. It clatters to her feet and she almost crushes it underfoot because even though she no longer has the phantom resonance of a gunshot in her veins, it sings to her a song of slaughter.
She laughs, humourlessly, just once, and the gleeful roar of a gallows crowd echoes.

Summary
There is nothing in the world worse than been assigned to Beacon Hills for your training hours as an EMT. It might as well be a nexus portal, or hell mouth.
The only thing that made it was worse that the worst classmate in the world, know it all Stilinski was also assigned there.
Now he was stuck dealing with werewolves, maybe the end times, and worst of all Stiles.

Summary
Twenty years ago, Stiles Stilinski accidentally set a pencil on fire during math class and got dragged to the Hale House for Spark training.
Unfortunately, the Hale family kept him.
Now thirty years old, Stiles is one of the most terrifying emissaries in supernatural California. Derek Hale is Alpha of the Hale Pack and CEO of Hale Enterprises. Apparently, they’ve been emotionally married since approximately 2008.
Honestly, Stiles would like it noted that none of this was his fault. Not the years of movie nights, the orange slices, the forehead kisses, the domesticity, or the fact that Derek apparently courted him using romance scenes from Jonathan Hale’s bestselling detective novels.
In Stiles’s defense, Derek Hale was obviously straight, out of his league, and definitely not looking at him like a Victorian widow seeing sunlight again. Unfortunately for Stiles, literally everyone else noticed years ago.

Summary
Stiles has been buried in research, trying to figure out how to deal with the fact that Scott broke a fairy ring in the preserve. He finds the solution and it is off to the woods to fix it.
Weird though, how busy the parking lot to the preserve is. But luckily he knows another way in.
Time to solve yet another insane thing in Beacon Hills.
Too bad that Stiles forgot that today was the annual mating run in Beacon Hills.
