Summary
When Draco rushed out of Hogwarts to cool his head he never expected to come across a badly injured Mer or a submissive at that. At first, he's not sure why he's desperate to be around him, but when the submissive's presence forces his dormant Veela blood to come to the surface, it suddenly makes sense.
Draco is a Dominant Veela, and his Veela has clearly found his mate.
Sired by a wizard, Izuku has magic! Shocked he's managed this long on instinct alone, Dumbledore suggests enrolling him at Hogwarts...something that comes with its own set of problems that could very well cause a war, especially when two other dominants decide Izuku is theirs too.
