At 2-year-olds, Raven was stolen from her house when her parents Derek and Addison were having a date night. At 2-year-old, Raven Montgomery-Shepherd died, and Amy Raven Ivanovna was born.
At 19-year-old, Amy started at Seattle Grace Hospital. She had a plan. Survive her intern year, continue looking for her sister, shut down the Red Room, and save the girls. Her plan didn't involve making a connection with Derek Shepherd, or finding a friend in Alex Karev, or becoming the most like intern in her year. And being brought into a movie theater to watch her life, definitely wasn't part of her plan.

That’s the only thing playing in Eddie’s mind as he watches Buck pause at the threshold on his way to the car.
It’s a Tuesday morning, right before Eddie, Buck, and Chris are supposed to leave for work and school respectively, and Buck is holding a gorgeous bouquet of flowers.

The whole team had Monday off, so Ravi had invited them all to a party at some fun rodeo themed bar over the weekend, and now...
Now Eddie is so hung over he’s seeing things. He’s hallucinating beautiful flowers at his front door. He’s imagining his best friend holding a bouquet of sunflowers and eucalyptus and snapdragons and baby’s breath. Honestly, kudos to his brain for creating such an array of flowers, because there is no way that this is real.
Eddie’s brain repeats again:
