Summary
Ciri travels to Kaer Morhen in search of information on the Trial of Grasses, aiming to undergo the mutations themself in secret. However, upon arriving at the abandoned keep - they are met by Lambert.
Ciri struggles through emotions and Identity as they seek out their claim to witcherhood and with it brotherhood and manhood. The trials of grasses if far from the only trial that Ciri will face. With politics hanging in the background, family struggles, and re-defining their own nature and relationships with friends and family -- Ciri has a lot to work through.
At least he can swing his sword around at these monsters (which seem to be increasing in numbers to a concerning degree) when it all gets to be too much.

The door shut again and Din lifted his eyes to the room. His cape was grabbed. He sucked in a breath as he was pulled back into Boba’s arms, caught around the waist.
“Have to be quiet, cyare.”

As the new Mand'alor meets with the senators of the New Republic, he brings a plus one. Boba knows how to help Din relax in the stressful moments, even if it requires sneaking away.
