Summary
Just as Merrick leant more heavily against the door, thinking that he ought, really, to go, it was pulled sharply open, sending him stumbling. He caught himself on the doorframe, just.
When he looked up, his greeting died on his lips; because before him stood not Keita, but an unfamiliar young man.
An unfamiliar young man who looked decidedly dishevelled, with an inside-out jumper shoved on over his nightclothes. He held a small candleholder. The wind howled in through the doorway, and the flame guttered in the wax. The man squinted a little as if its insubstantial light hurt his eyes. He had obviously, very obviously, just been woken-up. Well, fuck, thought Merrick, drunkenly and pointlessly.
‘Can I help you?’ said the man, sounding both sceptical and unwilling.(a year or so after the events of Pepperharrow, Merrick comes to Filigree Street to visit Keita, and finds something he hadn't expected)

"Did I say something wrong?" Adrian asks, stepping towards him again. "Grace?"
He sucks in a harsh breath and blinks, turning his head away and hanging it low, near his chest. "Jesus…”
"Grace?”
"Sorry," his head pops up again, and his heart seems to be fighting to calm down. "Sorry, just—woof. That's the most intense déjà vu I've had in a minute."
OR
Adrian joins Grace on a sea glass hunt. Human brains get weird and gentle feelings are shared.

Summary
"We offer up," Charles reads, "this virgin sacrifice." He catches Edwin's gaze. "Only technically true. If we're looking for a technicality..."
"Charles," says Edwin, his eyes enormous.
"I know. If it gets you out, though, if there's even a chance—"
Charles and Edwin have sex in Hell. It solves all their problems and gives them everything they ever wanted.

A few topics come up while Qui-Gon leads Obi-Wan to his new home, and the Padawan still has a lot to learn.
*
"'Here and now' hardly matters when you're traveling through the… What is this place called?"
"Jundland Wastes." Obi-Wan looked around, squinting against the bright sand. "You not knowing that makes me deeply afraid to ask if we're nearing our destination."
"Did you just ask me if we're there yet?" Qui-Gon replied with more than a small gleam in his eyes.
