"I knew it! I knew it! I knew it!" she shouted, jumping and spinning Coco around in a circle, who smiled back at her.

"It's his work!" Agott raised her voice, trying to shout over the excited chatter, in a tone that suggested this was an argument that had been going on for some time. "It's not the same! It doesn't mean anything at all!"

If only Olruggio could understand what they were talking about.

"You and Master Qifrey are really close," Coco said with a smile as Tetia left her to wander alone.

"Yeah..." Olruggio liked to believe that it was true. Just this tone...

    Oh.

“Why did you decide to become Master Qifrey’s Watchful Eye?” Richeh asked quietly, drawing everyone’s attention back to him. “Did he ask you to do this?”

    Oh no.

A fic in which Olruggio is trying to explain complex relationships that he has with Qifrey to the girls, and the girls (Tetia) think that they should just kiss.

    Summary

“Oh, Olly,” he says, his voice thick with emotion—the kind Olruggio has long since learned to ignore. It has become so familiar that it takes him a moment to recognize it now. So it comes as a surprise when Qifrey lifts a hand to his cheek, gently brushing his thumb across it.

Olruggio remembers what it is like to love Qifrey. It is in moments like these, when there is no oxygen left in his lungs, that he doesn't need to hold himself back, because any words would be nothing more than wind on his lips. He cannot let Qifrey hear them.

Or the story of their first kiss—the one that wasn't really their first.

    Summary

It's impossible to see the stars from so deep under water.

That's one of Olruggio's justifications for his actions, at least. The Great Hall is as suffocating as it is lovely, and if Qifrey can hardly bear it on a good day, he's sure to attempt another escape in his current mood.

Well. That's fine with Olruggio. As long as they're together. As long as he can keep them both safe. As long as he has an opportunity to show Qifrey the beauty of life on dry land, and the constellations above.

“I’m sorry, Ezran,” I’m sorry, Clauds,

“i can’t be your high mage anymore.” i can’t be your protector anymore.

    “But I’ll always…” But I’ll always…

    “be your brother.”

Soren watched as Ezran and Callum go separate ways similar to him and Claudia, but then he witnesses them reunite unlike him and Claudia, which hurt worse than he thought.

Basically just adding to Soren’s jealousy of Callum.

The title comes from Soren’s apology to Callum in S3.

    Summary

Olruggio pinched the bridge of his nose, then dragged a hand down his face. The lingering exhaustion from a late night's work was quickly catching up with him, and he hadn't the foggiest idea what to do with a lovelorn apprentice in the throes of a first crush.

Through the gap in his fingers, he could see Agott slowly curling in on herself like a wilting flower. For a moment, with her arms wrapped around her thin frame and her eyes downcast, the apprentice looked very small. Guilt sank its hooks into his regrettably tender heart. Finally, Olruggio sighed and patted the seat next to him.

    "Right. Come 'ere, lass."

One quiet winter's morning at the atelier, Agott and Olruggio have a talk.
