“What?” Scott blinked at him, wide-eyed. “Derek—like, Derek Hale?" He sucked in a sharp breath. “Our alpha?”
Stiles almost whimpered, shame and regret flooding through him. “Please don’t tell anyone,” he begged, grabbing his best friend’s shoulders. “He’d kill me.”
Scott’s expression softened with sympathy. “Dude, don’t worry. I’d never tell anyone.”

Laura huffs before shrugging and walking towards her old house.
When she reaches the clearing, she’s expecting to see the burnt shell of her childhood home. Instead, there is a gorgeous house in its place. The place isn’t as large as the previous house, but it is no less impressive. She starts to walk away from the place to investigate, but she hears laughter from inside.
Walking up to one of the windows, she sees something that she never thought possible. Her little brother, Derek, is standing against the kitchen counter drinking coffee. A small smile quirks his lips and he sets down the mug. Laura sees a man sneaking up on him, but before she can call out, the man lunges.
Laura watches in confusion as Derek turns around and catches the man, throwing them to the floor. Her brother cradles the man’s head as they land, an obvious protective gesture. He grins down at the man and shifts, eyes flaring red and teeth elongating. The man under him laughs gleefully before stretching his neck out, exposing it to her brother. And on that neck…is a mating bite.
