This had to be some sort of trap, right? The scientist never looked for company, hell Hyperlaser wouldn’t have even been surprised if his only friends were his own Biografts!
But… Why him? Out of any other person, even more highly ranked inphernals he saw more likely to keep Subspace company than himself. What even is so special about him? No this is most likely a trap and he’s planning to make you his next test subject, just say you’re busy just say you’re busy just say-

Subspace's rot is spreading quickly, there's a cure that can stop it and he chooses Hyperlaser to acompany him on the journey to get said cure

Saying that he was seething would be an understatement. He was beyond pissed off. Not jealous at all, no, not at all, just pissed off.
Why did Katana bring him here, when they had just talked about their disliking for Ban Hammer the last time they met up? Why was he here?? He turned away from the door, resting his arms on the table and taking a deep breath.
