Summary
In 1919, telegraph operator Stede Bonnet returns from the Great War with no memory and no voice, unable to recall what happened to break his mind. On his first night at home, he sees the translucent image of a man he knows is Ed in the mirror, except that this Ed comes from 1719.
Just as Stede knows that he's lost his Ed, this Ed has lost his Stede, and neither of them knows why. Reaching out across these broken lines of connection over two centuries, they'll work together to remember the endings of their stories, and to find what they've lost.

Summary
Spock is called to Vulcan by Sarek at the behest of the Vulcan High Council who are not happy with Spock's close relationship with the human Captain Kirk. Spock and Sarek are at odds over Spock's unwillingness to take a Vulcan mate although at this time, he and Kirk are simply friends. While still on Vulcan, Kirk's life is endangered by terrorists who sabotage a festival he is attending with a small Vulcan boy. Can Spock find Jim and the boy in time? Can Spock and Sarek reconcile their differences with or without Jim and Amanda's help? Can Jim and Spock find love in, of all places, Sarek's house?

Summary
This is the canon era with a single change: in this world, through skill and/or difficult circumstances, people can learn the magic of manipulating time and space by drawing maps. Colonial powers train their sea captains in cartography as science so they can claim territory, literally drawing over Indigenous geographies across the globe. Summary
How do you write someone a last note? One that will be fitting for a death bed? One that expresses all your thoughts and feelings for them? But doesn’t seem too schmaltzy or ham-fisted?
Do you try to make them laugh? Remind them of the fun times when you lost your breath, clutched your side, fell to your knees from laughing so hard? But then will reading those stories make them laugh now, that once innocent breathlessness reminding both of you of how sick they really are?
Stede reaches out his shaking hand and places it on top of Ed's, rubbing the ring found there with his thumb. Ed’s breathing comes in ragged shakes, but he snorts at the touch and slowly blinks to look up at Stede. The corner of his eyes crinkle, so much warmth still in them.

Summary
Damage has been done. Serious damage. Physical, emotional, psychological. The unholy trinity of pain.
Ed has a great deal of healing to do. Physical, emotional, psychological. And, as much as he hates to admit it, he just can’t do that without at least some contact with the cause of it all: Stede fucking Bonnet.
As Ed’s scars slowly knit back together, and Stede gets the chance to darn the gaping holes he tore in Ed’s soul, the threads of their lives begin to weave into a skein of something new. Something potentially very fine.
And, who knows?
Maybe this time they’ll both be lucky. Maybe this time Stede will stay.
