Frank shook his head. He didn’t like Gerard’s kitchen. The dining table was sticky and bugs would crawl near it. The floor was riddled with trash. The smell was disgusting. That wasn’t anything unusual to Frank, but it was bothering him. He did not want to see the rest of the house. Sure, it was probably a nice house. But it was not in a nice condition. The place was dirty and unwelcoming all around. Just like Gerard, of course.
“Dude, you’re free. You don’t have to stay here”
Gerard insisted.
“This is where I stay now” Frank stated. “If I leave, he’ll kill me.”
