A familiar scene: Louis Guiabern enters the king’s chambers in the dead of night. He traipses across the little room. He casts a dagger upon the king, and blood is spilt.
Several new factors: the stagnant era that Hythlodaeus V ruled in has ended. Ever since the decisive battle that ushered in this new age, Louis was presumed dead. Will I has steadfastly held onto his ideals for years and retains the determination to resist Louis.
A question: how is Louis here?

Summary
After being arrested for assault and soliciting sex as a minor, Ren is sent to Tokyo to live with a family friend. There, she meets the local celebrity heartthrob, detective prince Goro Akechi in a downpour during her first day of school. Unfortunately, the meet-cute missed the memo and shortly after she ends up inside of a castle in place of her school where she's sexually assaulted by her gym teacher.
After escaping with Akechi's help, it's made clear that Akechi knows what's going on in the other world and how to navigate it. He offers her a deal: he'll kill Kamoshida for her, but next time she has to kill someone without his help. If she agrees and follows though, they're partners until the bitter end.

Summary
After the Metaverse collapsed, everyone moved on. Not Akira, though. What was Akira without Joker, without his arsenal of masks, without the purpose that had made his unsatisfying life whole? His parents despise him, his hometown believe he's a murderer, and Shido's conspiracy follows him everywhere he goes. There had always been more to Akira than Joker, though. Maybe, if he sees himself through his friends' eyes and lets someone special in, he can escape this dark, dangerous spiral.
Someone like Goro Akechi.
