A mischievous smile crossed Jack's lips. "Don't be such a coward, Evan. You all can back off if you are too scared. What about you, Aiden? Are you also gonna be a scaredy cat?"
"I'm gaunnae show ya who's scared!", responded Aiden daringly and stepped forward.

“I know,” Mingi says finally, nodding with a sigh that slips out before he can catch it. “You always rush.”
“I’m sorry, Mingi.” Yunho straightens a little, pulling his elbows onto the table, his forearms folding together as if to close the gap between them. His voice is low, steady, but his body betrays him—his fingers tap once against his sleeve before curling into his hoodie fabric. “I really did have to finish up something for the newspaper. I don’t want to be late. You know that, don’t you?”

Yunho is hiding something—Mingi can feel it in every rushed goodbye, every breathless excuse, every time Yunho comes home with his cheeks flushed and his hands trembling. Mingi refuses to jump to the worst conclusions. He knows Yunho. He trusts him. He has to.
But the doubt keeps growing, tightening in his chest until he can’t pretend it isn’t there anymore. Whatever Yunho is keeping from him, it’s starting to pull at the seams of what they’ve built together.

“We don’t have to get married, you obviously hate the idea. I’m not gonna force you into a marriage when that’s not what you want.” Obito explained simply.
Kakashi frowned deeply behind his mask. “You can’t do that.”
“Says who?” Obito raised an eyebrow.
“Says everyone in your clan.”
“Well, I’m in my clan, and I’m saying it’s our relationship, we can do what we want.”
OR: Kakashi doesn't believe in marriage, he believes in mates. Obito doesn't see a future without Kakashi in it.
