Summary
Some luckily anonymous knight (yoda would like to share some words with them) was off duty at just the right time and passing by the creche to share with Obi-wan the location of a few interesting documents that might help him avoid something he dreads... Somehow this snowballed, and while sharing them with Quinlan, the older Padawan went stretching his digital legs and found an interesting development. It's now ballooned a bit out of their control but overall they think that things are working out for the best.

Summary
He knew he was going to get so much osik for adopting a mutated member of the youth brigade. From his batch, the other CCs, and the Mandalorian trainers who treated them with some sense of dignity. They would joke and prod and lecture about the mando'ade propensity for finding lost individuals and accepting them as their own. But rangir! This was his first time, and it would probably be his last.
Right?
...
Or Cody and his propensity for bonding with strays. People who feel lost need guiding. And the sunlight of Kamino is there waiting for them.
Rated T for language!
Title idea from The Batman, of all places.
