Natasha never tells anyone explicitly about her classification, but she wouldn't lie to keep it a secret too; well, maybe lie of omission. It's not like anyone ever asked, not with how she expertly masks her behavior to be passable as a neutral.
She is not a baby like Tony or a preteen like Clint, the caregivers are usually too busy keeping eyes on those two, and Natasha never really minded the lack of attention; not when the attention she was familiar with were mostly icky.
But why is it ever since Bucky moved into the tower, she is feeling more big emotions that end up with her feeling cranky?

Smile growing, the prince inclines his head in acknowledgement but doesn’t drop his outstretched hand. “May I?” he asks, voice so deep Xiao Zhan almost loses the sound of it under the music.
“I—” No? No, you may not? He’s pretty sure he can’t say that. “Alright, um.” Xiao Zhan places his hand atop the prince’s palm.
Or: Xiao Zhan only attends the royal ball as his sister's moral support. He doesn't fall in love with the prince. No, really, he doesn't.
