Sirius Black escapes Grimmauld Place and arrives on James Potter’s doorstep, drenched from the rain and thinner than ever. But even with the safety of the Potters’ home, he can’t outrun the ghosts of his past. As he enters his sixth year, sleep eludes him, food tastes rotten, and his mind won’t stop spiralling. But there’s one exception—one brief moment of silence in the chaos.
