Just a random story that may have a few chapters. Just a bit of fun.

Margo "Vixie" Banks had been breathing that particular cocktail for twenty-two years, and she could still tell when fresh meat walked through the door just by the way the air changed. It got heavier, somehow. More electric.

Margo's voice cracked at the edges, that Texas drawl thick and sweet as honey before now raw and barely audible. Her makeup was smudged, mascara tracing her cheeks.
