Charlie had planted herself in front of Vox and was rambling off an impressive myriad of excuses, from busted pipes to bad Wi-Fi, while he stared at her, hands on his hips, with the utmost expression of forced patience. His black, digital brows were set in a line as straight as the glower at the bottom of his screen. He does a single, slow blink, finger tapping against his hip as he debates on how much money he can reasonably make on a Charlie Morningstar-inspired white-noise machine (and whether the guaranteed customer complaints will be worth the cheap buck) when a movement over her shoulder draws his eyes.
He leans to the side, eyebrow quirking. "What's that?" Then promptly chokes on a surprised noise and shoves Charlie aside. "Holy shit, is that a human?"
Lucifer plays a prank on Alastor.
Everyone else has to deal with the consequences.

Vincent forgave Alastor. Alastor forgave both Vincent and Vox.
But will Alastor ever forgive the naivety that the Princess of Hell possesses? The angel former exorcist's foolish codependency with her? An impulsive gambler who fell for a mournful, two-faced freed soul? A dull-witted fallen angel who does not deserve a single inch of his throne? That foul-mouthed arsonist who ironically love a changed winner? Even his darling sinner who embodies both lunacy and absurdity that receives great encouragement by an another's rationality and scientific logic?

Bored of his usual routine, Alastor finds himself wondering what to add to it to not go insane. Because he knew he would. If not for the lack of an entertainment, maybe because of all the smiles and hopefulness that suddenly permeated every last corner of the hotel he went to just for the misery in it.
He finds the answer in the last place he thought he would. V Tower.
Velvette was getting worried of Vox’s obsession with the deer and decided to get to the bottom of it. Though, her mind was also on Valentino who, love-starved, begged for Vox’s attention with no win. She realizes that, surprisingly, Alastor’s bored soul can give her friend the attention he needed and give her the answers to what happened before the fight.
Vox finding out wasn’t part of the plan.
Just as it wasn’t getting into a.. throuple (“Was that the word?”) and them having trouble because, without realizing, they were three Cluster B’s together trying to work out a relationship.
And Velvette, Husk and Charlie find themselves forced to be their unlicensed therapists. They end up being shocked by the three because, of course, by some miracle or something, they are (somewhat) healthy for each other. -

Well Vox did and that's why he ended up getting sent back in time to stop the First Man from biting the dust before everyone returns to it. And if his sudden change in behavior makes more then a few people raise an eyebrow and question things then fuck them. Vox already lost everyone once, gained some much needed (and bitter) insight because of it and decided that no fucking way he's about to live through that a second time.
If that means being a bigger dick then 'original dick' then Vox will do it and just pray that he doesn't end up shooting Adam himself before everything is said and done.

Lucifer Morningstar had never intended to become so invested. He certainly hadn't intended to watch every show Vox hosted, attend his meet-and-greets in disguise, buy his merchandise, memorize his programming schedules, or become one of Vox's most loyal viewers.
But then Vox's mysterious deer-related emotional breakdown enters the picture, and Lucifer decides to do what any reasonable person would do:
Help his idol move on from his ex.
And if, in the process, Vox happens to realize there are far better options available, well... who is Lucifer to stand in the way of fate?
Unfortunately, "reasonable" has never been a word commonly associated with the King of Hell.
Or: Lucifer develops a parasocial relationship with Vox, Vox finds himself in increasingly unfamiliar waters, and Alastor discovers he may have bitten off more than he can chew.
