Summary
In one world, Ozai sees the anger in Iroh’s eyes and decides that he will offer Zuko a way to regain his honor in order to pacify the Dragon of the West.
In another world, Iroh leaves the audience early, and Ozai does not have that sudden change of plans.
Zuko is banished permanently, with no uncle or crew to support him, and the future changes.
And in the Earth Kingdom, a spirit tale starts coming to life.

Summary
Keito loves his little brother, Taiyo, more than anything, more than his career, more than his own safety. He loves him enough that when Taiyo is drafted into the Fire Nation Army, Keito follows and is assigned to the 41st division with him. The horror that follows sends them away from everything the brothers ever knew and into the hands of their enemies. But a strange, new spirit with incredible Blue flames leads the way, protecting them, and forcing them to question everything they thought they knew about spirits and their enemies.
This is a side story to my fic, "The Will Which Says 'Hold on'". While it mostly stands on its own, many things will make more sense if Hold On is read first.
