Summary
Astarion adored how responsive he was, even after two years together. It made it near impossible to behave himself in situations like this. Gale was a vision with his brows furrowed in that intense look of concentration, wispy hairs escaping a half-bun to frame gorgeous brown eyes. Astarion loved his hair up like this. How it exposed his tanned throat and the twin half-healed punctures just above his collar.
-OR-
Two years after defeating the Elder Brain, Gale and Astarion finally get a vacation. If only Gale would take a proper break from working.

Summary
"You want to lie to your mother about being engaged?"
Gale winced, worrying at his bottom lip. He was meant to meet his mother tomorrow for their weekly lunch, but he'd been dreading telling her the good news.
"Not lie to her, exactly. More like… omit the truth for a period of time."
"That's still lying, but I'll bite. Why do you want to omit the truth from your poor, sweet mother?" Astarion asked, confused more than anything. "Surely you're not worried she'll disapprove?"
-OR-
Gale & Astarion tackle wedding planning, or the lack thereof.

Summary
In the frenzy of wedding planning, writing vows completely slipped Astarion's mind. That, or he'd been subconsciously avoiding the task.
Expressing his, ugh, feelings, was not something Astarion took joy in doing, nor was he good at it. But he and Gale were due to be married in a matter of days, and he needed to figure out what to put on this tauntingly blank piece of parchment.
-OR-
Gale and Astarion try to write their vows.

Summary
Gale was distantly aware of the Waterdhavian wedding ring tradition—he'd seen neatly fused rings on the middle fingers of neighbors, friends, and colleagues over the years, after all—but he didn't think the day would come where he'd be picking out his own ring.
-OR-
Gale and Astarion pick out their wedding rings.

Summary
"You're cooking… for me?"
"Trying, at least. Is that… ah, I should've asked you first," Gale frowned, brows furrowing at his perceived faux pas.
"No, it's fine. I don't want you wasting time, is all," Astarion said, arms crossed in front of his chest.
-OR-
Gale gets cooking.

Summary
"If everyone is watching us while we dance, I'm going to trip and fall," Gale groaned. "No, worse; I'll trip and cause both of us to fall."
"Don't be so dramatic, darling. You're not strong enough to take me down with you," Astarion grinned, his glare.
"This is serious. I can't dance while the most important people in our lives all stare at us," Gale continued, tossing himself dramatically down onto the loveseat, glass of wine abandoned on the side table. "It's cruel and unusual punishment."
-OR-
Gale and Astarion have their first dance.
