Loosely based on Dust Sans and just Dusttale in general. Guess it’s my own stupid take on it. Read on— if you dare.

Notes:

Oh, also, I feel like I should just put this out there, so here goes. I am a firm believer in the “Chara is not the villain of Undertale” idea. The Player does everything in the game, not Chara, and in the end, it is the Player’s influence that gives Chara the ability to look so “creepy.” However, this does not mean that I hate it when people use Chara as the bad guy; they are a very easy character to villainize, and I actually like a lot of stories with evil Chara. It is also worth noting that Frisk also isn’t the bad guy; they are in no more control than Chara— one of the only times they speak on their own is when they say their name to Asriel. But I find it rather difficult to write a whole story where some omnipresent, godlike creature is acting in the background and controlling Frisk, so I made Frisk the villain instead. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the story, and I’m sorry for this giant paragraph. (And yes, this is the same ramble that I put in the beginning of another of my stories; how could you tell?)
