Summary
He knew all good things came to an end but Arakita hadn't been expecting this.
“What're you doing here?” Arakita splutters, eyeing the tall, green haired man standing in his doorway.
“Um, Toudou said this was your address and,”
“And I don't care what that idiot thinks. Just, just leave.”
Arakita is much too tired to deal with this shit.

“Fine. I'll be back and you two better be ready to have a break otherwise you can both just live off soda and junk and become hideous lumps. Then you'll be sorry!” Toudou slammed the front door behind himself for dramatic effect.
“Wouldn't that only make you seem more attractive in comparison? We can't get rid of you that easily.” Makishima muttered, his lips twitching upwards knowing that Toudou heard him when the shorter man gives a huff before slamming the door shut.
“Did you just sass him?” Arakita called out from his study.
Makishima hummed loudly in answer. His mouth pulling up into a grin when he hears Arakita's barking laugh from the other room.

“Yet. We haven't gotten kicked out of yet.” Arakita added before he hung up, already in a better mood.
That was the thing about dealing with Machimiya. He was a complete and utter ass, but he was fun. Arakita knew he had too many nights from Yonan that he couldn't remember thanks to Machimiya and his 'simple' get togethers. Not to mention there was the added bonus of seeing Kinjou again. And the momentary reprieve from dealing with Shinkai and Toudou fussing over him.
Arakita realised that he needed an escape like this for weeks, and the clock couldn't tick fast enough.
