We reached out to the Policy & Abuse (PAC) committee to get an answer for you. They indicated that the updates mentioned in the newsletter are only planned for the TOS FAQ at the moment, and that they do not plan to further update the Archive warnings in the near future.
Instead, PAC intends to re-evaluate after they've had time to assess the impact of the recent changes. If a trend in reports indicates that a significant number of users do not understand the update, then they are willing to adjust the "Underage Sex" label again. They have made note of all the proposed alternatives in the original post's comment section for this future discussion.
At that time, they also intend to discuss whether other Archive warnings would also benefit from an adjustment.
We hope this addresses your questions. If you're looking for other more specific information, we recommend you contact PAC as they are the ones who can answer you.
I appreciate that these topics are on the table for future discussions and that there is the potential for changing the warning tags, and I understand that it will take time to consider potential changes. I hope that they will discuss potential changes to the FAQ and warnings not just considering user confusion/misunderstanding, but also considering the feedback that was provided.
