      there's recruitment rounds three times a year; they're posted here and also announced in news posts whenever the committee opens up applications. your best bet is to keep an eye on the news feed or check the volunteer listings regularly for when you can apply!

      edit: you can also sign up to receive news via email if that'd help. and it usually gets posted on otw social media as well.
