I should add another link actually because I included those in a more comprehensive post about evidence that Loki was tortured, which is right here if you happen to be interested in that one too. tl;dr despite the show never being explicit about anything that happened during Loki's missing year, or really bringing it up at all, it actually does provide a few pieces of new evidence! I mean, I think it does, anyway.
