Listen, I just feel like Ryland would be an iHop guy, and also that iHop is good "early stage of an apocalypse" food. Not yet "waffle house" levels of desperation, but still only looked upon fondly by those with a cultural reason to be attached to it and/or terrible eating habits. The Venn Diagram is a circle for Ryland Grace, so if it gets her sick blorbo astronaut to eat a full meal before launch, Stratt will overlook her disgust and have it imported.
Although, Stratt is Dutch and their native cuisine can be quite unheatlhy. Maybe she WOULD pick at the leftovers after Ryland couldn't finish it all because she ordered too much. Secretly, of course, because she has a reputation to maintain!
