He’s having a really hard time with the idea that the pack is splitting up, that he won’t be able to be with and protect these people that he loves so much all the time anymore. So, he’s going on a road trip. He can totally rock this shit alone.
After everything with Monroe and Gerard, Jackson decided to stick around and graduate with the pack. There’s definitely some pining. Jackson catches wind of Stiles’ plan and figures fuck it - if Stiles is going, then so is he.
They both need some self-discovery, and some healing, and to let go of shame and guilt and parts of their past. Why not do it in motels, diners, and a Jeep that only runs on duct tape and prayers?
