This is easily my favorite Omega story.
It is also the only kid fic I've ever liked.
Will and Hannibal are very loving parents to their adopted. Clarice and Abigail, and they have been imprisoned not long after Will's second pregnancy. The pregnancy is aborted, but don't worry, they get theirs.
It is dark, it is brooding, it has multiple points of view and I even like Abigail's POV. Just very good storytelling.
