Summary
The first time Mace Windu meets Qui-Gon Jinn, he gets his ass handed to him. From then on, a one-sided enmity is born, and Mace goes the rest of his life making decisions based on one question: what would Jinn do? Naturally, of course, he then does the exact opposite. Mace develops Vaapad, trains Depa Billaba and Obi-Wan Kenobi, makes friends with Dooku, and generally does everything he can to kark Qui-Gon Jinn over.

By an old Republic law, all members of the Jedi High Council are senators in the Galactic Senate, and can thus be voted in as chancellor. A Senator from a less prominent planet has had enough of Chancellor Palpatine's incompetence and calls for a Vote of No-Confidence and the installation of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.
This one action becomes the catalyst that changes the direction of the galaxy.

He can almost feel the terror rising off Anakin from the hologram; Anakin doesn’t know what’s happening either. But he isn’t letting the younglings feel it. “You need to listen to me very carefully, okay? This--” his voice breaks, “--this is going to be scary. But you have to be calm, and strong. Just like Master Yoda taught you.”

Summary:
When Obi-Wan dies by Anakin's hand, he expects that to be the end.
It is not.
When he opens his eyes again, all of thirteen but with forty extra years of experience, not even the dust, dread, and death on Melidaan can stand in his way. Obi-Wan had seen the worst that the galaxy had to offer twice over - he'll be damned if he lets everything happen the same way for the second time.
Enter one Jedi Master Yan Dooku, the lynchpin to so many of the galaxy's darkest turns in the future-that-was. Torn between a Master who doesn't seem to want him and a man wearing the face of the Sith who had once tortured him, Obi-Wan makes a choice.

In a universe where Chancellor Palpatine was killed during the last days of the Clone Wars and the Republic won the war with a resounding victory, 16 year old Leia Amidala Skywalker feels like she is being slowly suffocated by her own family.
Her mother is one of the galaxy's most powerful and beloved politicians, and her father is the famous Hero with No Fear, a hero of the Republic who has sacrificed everything to be with the woman he loves. Their story of two star-crossed lovers who prevailed despite a brutal war and the heartless restrictions of the Jedi Order is legendary.
Leia is now older than her father was when he was given his first lightsaber, she is older than her mother was when she freed her home planet from an occupation force, and yet her father treats her like she is a toddler incapable of tying her own shoe laces, while her mother looks at her rebellious daughter with disappointment. Leia is about to hit her breaking point and, well, she is a Skywalker, so she might just about do something stupid to finally break free. Consequences be damned.
