The diabetes does not have to be canon, and should be somewhat realistic. Thoughtful insertion of the illness into the world building and characterization is appreciated. Can be any genre or fandom, except RPF. See the collection’s FAQ section for more details regarding further specifics, type 2, non-diabetic hypoglycemia, etc because this section got too long.
This is NOT a collection for fluff fics misusing the diabetes tag.

It wasn’t even that big of a deal. “Yes, hi. This is Nurse Amy from Gotham Academy calling about Damian?” The phone call wouldn’t do anything but cause Grayson to panic. “Yes. We need you to come pick him up. He passed out during lunch."

“Kid,” Tony whispers from his place in the line of groomsmen, kicking his heel softly. “You okay?”
“Y-yeah,” he whispers, not wanting to take the attention on the altar away from May.
May’s always made everything about Peter. Always. And that fact only intensified after his type one diabetes diagnosis three months ago.
But today? Today is about May. About Happy. About the two of them choosing each other and being happy together, and Peter has done everything he can think of to keep his diabetes and his tendency to be an absolute klutz from interfering with that fact.
“I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride,” the officiant announces, the small crowd cheering as May and Happy kiss. Peter smiles and claps, feels his body sway a bit and blinks his eyes as he steadies himself.
He’s fine.
Dexcom says he’s fine.
He's fine.
The second the wedding party enters the coolness of the air-conditioned venue, he grabs a glass of water, but it shakes in his hand, splashes a bit on the floor.
For what isn’t a blood sugar issue, this sure as hell feels like one. -

Once the doors to the TARDIS closed, Yaz turned to the Doctor and asked the question she'd been wanting to ask for months: "Why did you leave us alone?"
The Doctor was quiet and just frowned at the console. This was when Yaz would usually back down, but instead she continued to push.
"We've been in lockdown off and on for a year," Yaz said, blinking back tears. "You said we'd be safe. There are shortages in the shops. I haven't seen my friends in months. All we can do is sit at home. People are dying. And you said we'd be safe."
The Doctor was silent. She pursed her lips, then finally looked up at Yaz. "Let me show you something."

Scrunching my nose taking a wet step forward, the vision I was seeing seemed to be beckoning me in. shaking, rubbing the rain dripping off the soaked hoodie that was falling in my eyes. Reaching the steps. The cloak seemed to disappear in a puff of smoke as I reached the top. Still confused from the hypo, the sugar hitting in, looking into the dark house, intensively reaching for the handle as if it was my own home.
The cloak seems intent on luring Dr strange to a woman, a strange woman. the cape wants him to get some nookie? Welcome to Earth-1992
Dr strange x Diabetic! original character romance, smut and some greek mythology to come! although this is a self-insert for me, I've left descriptions as little as possible, as it is POV from the reader.

More along the lines of a "What If?" A/U where Master Fu also gave Max the Dog Miraculous alongside Marinette and Adrien. And along with the challenge being superheroes, Marinette, Adrien, and Max also have to prove in their normal lives that being disabled doesn't mean you are unable to do things normally. They just do things just a little differently.
