"You can leave?"
"Come on, Tony. I wanna make it up to you. Please" Tony prides himself with being able to resist those puppy eyes. They're not nearly as effective as Peter's.
"Are you serious? How exactly are you planning to make it up to me? You left me for dead. Contrary to popular belief, I'm not invincible. In what reality do you think that's something you can ever undo?"
Tony crosses his arms, and hopes Peter doesn't give them too much time.

Peter wakes up after Tony Stark’s welcoming party severely ill and confused. Soft smiles, warm eyes and caresses are all he can remember from the night prior. The problem, he soon discovers, is that he’s not merely hungover: his current state is infinitely more frightening... and the most precious gift life has to offer.
In which Peter is pregnant but doesn't know how it happened or who the father is, Friday knows everything but merely watches the drama unfolds, Tony is lavishing Peter with attention but could do so much more, and Strange is the meddlesome friend who really wants to know what Peter is hiding from them all (and incidentally drives Tony up the wall).

He knows they’re picturing the same videos he watches late at night with his door locked and his headphones in. Clips of lithe young twinks being bent in half, their calves thrown over the arms of older men with dark hair. Close ups panning to black stubble rubbing ruthlessly against any stretch of pale skin within reach.
He knows, okay, he gets it.
