Summary
Maybe dragging Sam and Dean’s otherworldly lookalikes into their world wasn’t the best idea Dean’s ever had. But it’s not like they’re gonna stay long. They’re just gonna help them out and then move their asses somewhere Dean doesn’t have to deal with the way the other Dean keeps glancing at Cas.
Right?
Wrong. They are here to stay, and it’s annoying the hell out of Dean. Nevermind that he’s busy trying to defeat Chuck and simultaneously ignoring the feeling in his chest that bubbles up whenever he sees Cas and asks himself why he shot him down when Dean confessed his feelings to him.

Chuck is gone and the world is saved. The Grady Twins have left the building, too, and all should be well.
Except, it isn’t: Cas is dead and it’s Dean’s fault. It must be.
Dean sees little hope for himself, but the least he can do now is try and be the man Cas thought him to be. A brave man, who never stops fighting for the people he loves, one that cares about his brother and Jack.
When Jack returns, Dean finds one of Cas’ few sentimental possessions, and with it, his determination to get him back. If only he could find someone to take his place and help him hide his plans from Sam and Jack… -

Summary
Dean rescues Cas from the Empty. For a week while Cas recovers, they don't speak and Dean goes out of his mind with doubt, and fear, but when they finally do get to talk, so much of the last decade is made much more clear. In fact, it turns out Dean really had nothing to worry about after all. The only problem now is that he doesn't know where things go from here. Dean's kind of flying by the seat of his pants. With so much changing around him, it takes a while for him to find his footing, but with any luck (and a lot of effort), he'll get there eventually.

Summary
After Gabriel Milton, co-owner of Word Mil Publishing, goes into early retirement, Dean becomes Castiel Novak’s new editor. The author is brilliant, immensely talented and a grade-A asshole. But what he’s best at is getting under Dean’s skin, and into Dean’s pants. It’s why their professional relationship warps into something sexual Dean enjoys more than he knows he should.
When it seems less and less likely that Cas will ever put effort into his next manuscript, Dean strikes a deal that forces them to reveal more of themselves.
Dean has a pure love for storytelling. Castiel likes making fun of his readers. Dean believes in hard work. Castiel believes in instant gratification. Maybe they could try to meet in the middle, but for now, when Cas asks him to drop to his knees, Dean does.

Summary
Chuck is gone and the world is back in order. For once there’s no big bad and this little makeshift family can focus on trying to start the rest of their lives.
With Cas back from the empty, Dean now has to face his feelings on the angel and an 'i love you' he doesn't know what to do with. In true Dean fashion, he deals with his feelings on the matter by absolutely not dealing with them at all. How long can this really last, though, when everyone knows Dean Winchester is just as much in love with Castiel as Cas is with him.

When Dean sends a prayer to Cas on his dying breath, he had no idea that life as he knew it, was about to change forever.
