One day, Mitsuri comes home with pink and green hair dye. Kaigaku pretends to hate it. He can't say no to her, though, and suffers through it for her benefit, as she enthusiastically declares: "Now you’re officially part of team love pillar!"
He does it grudgingly, but when he’s in bed that night, he fingers it, a little pleased. It’s obviously visible now that he’s hers. That he belongs to her family. It makes him feel warm inside. For the first time in forever, Kaigaku belongs.
