Chapter Text

Chuuya was unable to comprehend what had just occurred. One moment, he was about to step outside to meet his fiancée, and the next moment, she was on top of him, all because his sister pushed her onto him. However, despite the unexpected turn of events, Chuuya was not complaining. He could admire his fiancée from under her, and she was right, she truly was gorgeous in this dress.

"Osamu dear, do you need help getting up?" Koyo asked with genuine concern in her voice.

"Oh, no, no! Don't worry!" Osamu exclaimed nervously, avoiding direct eye contact with Chuuya.

After managing to get up, Osamu extended her hand to help Chuuya up, all the while apologizing profusely.

"It's okay, you don't have to apologize. It's not a big deal," Chuuya reassured his bride-to-be, offering her a kind smile.

"If anything, I should be the one to apologize. I'm the one who made you fall in the first place," Koyo chimed in apologetically, sensing the slight tension in the air.

Osamu could only manage a soft, "Oh, um..." in response, her cheeks tinted with a rosy blush.

Meanwhile, Akiko observed the unfolding scene with keen interest until interjecting, "Well, it was an accident. Let's just forget about it."

"You're right," Koyo agreed, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Why not introduce yourselves to one another?"

Prompted by Koyo's suggestion, Osamu graciously bowed to Chuuya and introduced herself, "It's a pleasure to meet you. I am Osamu Mori."

Returning the courtesy, Chuuya introduced himself with a warm smile, "The pleasure is mine, Lady Osamu. I am Chuuya Nakahara. Please, call me Chuuya."

"Then call me Osamu, Chuuya," she replied, her expression softening with a gentle smile that eased the tension in the room.

Sensing an opportunity to give the young couple some privacy, Akiko proposed, "Why not accompany her to her room, Chuuya? Osamu is very tired from the journey."

"That's a good idea!" Koyo chimed in, clearly eager for them to talk alone.

Chuuya hesitated for a moment, his heart fluttering at the prospect of spending some time alone with Osamu. With a nod and a warm smile, he agreed, "I'd be honored to escort you to your room, Osamu. Let's get you settled in." He said giving her his arm, which she took without hesitation.

As they walked together, Chuuya couldn't help but steal glances at Osamu, admiring her as she looked almost the same as he remembered her. "So... this room is just temporary, since tomorrow we will be sharing the same room," explained the redhead to his fiancée, breaking the comfortable silence between them.

"I see," responded softly said fiancée.

Upon reaching Osamu's room, she turned to him and said, "Thank you for walking me here, Chuuya. I appreciate it."

"It was my pleasure, Osamu. I think a maid is coming to help you," he said, looking at her with warmth in his eyes.

Osamu glanced at him for a moment before speaking, "I see, see you later, Chuuya," her words ended with a tender smile as she closed the door behind her.

« Yes see you at diner. » he said as she closed the door.

As she closed the door Osamu immediately turned around and headed for the bed. Crashing on it head first.

"What the fuck, what the fuck, WHAT THE FUCK?! He… he is not supposed to be there. He should be on an expedition with the knights… not here. What is he doing here? "

As she pondered this question a knock was heard.

"My Lady, can we come in?" asked a familiar voice who sought confirmation.

"Yes of course! " responded the brunette before the door opened to reveal two girls.

"We were assigned to serve you, my Lady. I am Ichiyo Higuchi," the blond girl introduced herself with a bow.

"And I am Lucy Montgomery," the redhead joined in.

"It's a pleasure to meet you," the two girls spoke in unison.

"It is also a pleasure. Please, take care of me," replied Osamu, voice filled with enthusiasm. "So, girls, could you help me get undressed? And maybe clean the dress for tomorrow?" She addressed them.

"Of course, my Lady," responded Ichiyo with a gentle nod, her eyes conveying a sense of understanding towards her plight.

Ichiyo and Lucy moved with practiced efficiency, their skilled hands working seamlessly to assist Osamu in disrobing. The air was filled with the soft rustle of fabric and the gentle clink of jewelry as the layers of silk and lace were carefully removed, revealing the Lady's slender form beneath. Another simpler gown was presented to her for the dinner she will share on the evening.

"Does this dress fit your taste, my Lady? " asked a nervous Ichiyo.

"Yes, thank you very much."

Notes:

At the beginning I wanted the story to take place in Japan, Dazai was supposed to be a shrine maiden, I wanted the story to be in the Meiji era, I even did some research but I was like « No it’s just gonna annoy me and hurt my brain to do all these research » so more of western historical it is.
Edited this chapter that was written in a rush.
