It’s a beautiful day outside, birds are singing and flowers are blooming.
Twixxel sighs in relief. The process of ending up in this world was a bit of a hassle but he needs this, teleportation and all that stuff. His body feels like it’s made of jelly swishing around. After dealing with all that horror and an entity possessing him and trying to kill his buddy he earned a well-deserved holiday.
The seed he got was breathtaking. A mountain with cherry blossoms. The smell was sweet and floral, petals landing on his hair and clothing. He leaned against a tree still unstable from the teleport; eventually ending up sitting on the ground. His tail waving along with the leaves moving.
His eyes gazed over his environment once more. There was a massive cave near him within it he can even see a lush cave. Maybe he could get an axolotl as a pet and decorations for his house. He isn’t much of a builder but with the cherry blossoms and pretty scenery, no matter what he builds it should be okay.
After a few moments of settling into the new world and the ringing of his ears ending he got up and dusted himself off. Yeah, this’ll be nice. Everything’s alright here. Firstly, he didn’t add anything that could possibly be scary, only a couple mods for quality life and furniture.
The game mode is set on easy so everything is calm. A well-needed vacation. He punched the bottom piece of wood of the tree which he was leaning against on before and it came down quickly, collecting all the blocks he made a flimsy set of wooden tools and got to work.
Climbing over the steep hills he made it to the cave. He mined some stone and crafted a new set of stone tools now. He chucked the flimsy wooden ones into a nearby pool of lava and got some more stone. The sound of his pickaxe thrashing into the stone helping drown out his thoughts. Soon he collected around 30 blocks of cobblestone.
Frankly, he’s still a bit too dizzy to start doing some actual mining right now. Probably due to earlier and the fact he’s hungry. He was too deep in his thoughts to realize the fact so he got went back up and started to punch some grass and attack some sheep for wool and mutton.
He got 10 seeds and 4 pieces of meat. It should be enough as a starting point.
He should probably make a house. And so he did, admittedly it was nothing too fancy. The house had stripped log pillars, trapped-door windows and not really any interior besides a furnace, crafting table and bed. But hey, he built a roof so add that into the brownie points.
He yawned. Stretching himself out and cracking his back. Through the peak of his door he could see the sunset. A stunning collage of warm hues. It made the scenery around him all the more better. He felt calm.
Twixxel took out a small journal from his inventory. It’s probably his prized possession at this point. The journal was small but packed with information of different entities he’s came across over the years, he’s got a terrible memory so this was much needed.
He flipped through the meticulously detailed pages he wrote of other entities eventually reaching a blank page.
Creator.
Twixxel felt nervous even writing its name in fear it’d spawn but Twixxel shook his head. He’s in a new world, he’s added absolutely nothing in this world. Nothing can reach him here. He’s okay here. He’s fine. Everything is fine.
Deep breathes. Twixxel put his hand back on the page and wrote down what he could recall. The main issue at hand here is that this entity could possess his body. Apparently it also came from a certain company? He thinks. Twixxel can’t really remember. The company name was blanked out.
The only weakness Twixxel can remember is that it hates loud noises and if the player was ungrateful. That wasn’t a lot to go off of. Begging didn’t exactly work when it was already pissed off and loud noises barely saved him last time.
There wasn’t much else he could put into the jorunal. He sighed and put it into his inventory. His memory was too bad. He still felt terrible, even though it was the entity attacking Mob he couldn’t help but try apologizing over and over even though the enderman said it was fine.
It was completely night now, darkness surrounding his house. Twixxel got into bed snugging into the pillow. His tail wrapped around his own leg for comfort, the sense of dread slowly being replaced with drowning in warmth. His consciousness slowly blanking.
Blink. Blink.
He It got back up. Joints stiff. It looked around. The house was, no offense to the host. Quite bad. The only thing that made it look good was the area it was placed in, yet again its owner didn’t pride himself in house design afterall.
Inventory. Barely anything. How is he gonna survive like this? It knew players were dumb. Not this dumb though. It’s starting to question if its host is as dumb as his friend. Aren’t endermen supposed to be smart? Voidlings have an excuse.
It went outside of the house and got even more disappointed at the exterior, seriously trap-door windows? Its thoughts were short-lived as a skeleton hit its host torso. He probably would be upset by the pain of this arrow. It one-shoted the skeleton with one hit. It’s nice to know their strength transferred along with the possession.
It seemed the hit seemed to back off any future mobs from attacking it. Good. It shouldn’t bother its host. And personally if it were up to it, it’d kill every harm that could come with this world but its host probably wouldn’t like that.
It looks within the inventory, just 10 seeds? How lazy can humans get? Well its host isn’t exactly human but close enough to the behaviors of one. Its host should’ve gave up control to it. Though an unhappy host does have long term effects to possession.
It started on a small farm beside the house. Gently plowing the land and planting the seeds. It was quiet and gentle. It enjoyed moments like this atleast the seeds were grateful for its hard work. It looked in the inventory again. No iron. Must it do everything? Not that it has a problem with doing that.
It snapped its finger as it had once done before, rain falling down in concentrated drops. The voidling seem to enjoy rain when compared to his enderman friend. Personally, it wasn’t too fond of the enderman but if it made the voidling happy then it’ll let it go on.
Customer service isn’t its strong suit but it does in some extent care about its host. Well maybe past that extent sometimes. Although its host forgets to thank it sometimes or appreciate its blessings which makes it beyond furious. It does feel nice receiving praise. It made a mistake almost killing its own host.
It just needs to show him how much respect it commands. It was more than willing to devote itself to its host if the host appreciates them well enough.
It’s getting off track though, its host is throughly wet now. He enjoyed the rain but would probably not enjoy having a cold, it concluded. It went back inside. The interior still pissing it off upon arrival.
It changed its clothes to a much lighter and soft material. It gazed upon its host. A voiding with tails and a horn. It blinked as it touched the forked tail and immediately backed up. It didn’t know tails were that sensitive. It tried moving it around but the tail stayed incredibly stiff as if it knows. It guesses some parts of his body still rejected them. What a shame.
It forcibly closed its owner eyes as it keeps watch over him coming out of his body watching as the stiff body relaxes.
…
Twixxel is forcibly awakened by the loud sound of a chicken signaling a morning has arrived. Twixxel sluggishly gets up and stretches his body and yawns. His sleep was surprisingly good. He normally sleeps pretty heavy but this time around it felt as if a brick smacked him cold and then kissed him goodnight.. in a good way. Twixxel never specialized in analogies.
Since he fell asleep in his day wear he should be already to head.. out? He was in his pajamas. Did..? Maybe his memory is faltering. He probably did put on pajamas last night and forgot he wouldn’t put it past him with a memory like his. Maybe he should start journaling. Well technically he already is but that’s only reserved for entities.
Twixxel quickly hopped out of his pajamas and into his day clothes, ready to tackle the day head on from the peaceful sleep. The first thing a person would need in the morning is breakfast and he… forgot to cook the meat. He sighs. How come every inconveniences comes to attack him now? Guess he’ll have to hunt more animals.
Twixxel grabbed his axe and then went outside and turned left and then.. there’s a farm. Wheat already grown. There was even a chest next to it. Twixxel had bad memory sure, he can excuse the clothes thing. But what the fuck is happening? He knows for a fact he didn’t plant any of this. He would have atleast some recollection.
Why is this here? Dread builds up in Twixxel’s stomach. No.
No.
No.
No.
Please, no.
It can’t be?
Please don’t let it be.
Something is looming over him.
Can the sun just explode already?
“Do you like it?”
Twixxel shut his eyes even harder. Nope, nothing is there. If he ignores it nothing is there. But Twixxel still feels it behind him. Yeah, no.
Twixxel is eventually forced to turn around and face it unwillingly. “Open your eyes. Look at my art.” It says, it doesn’t sound angry. Well atleast to Twixxel. It doesn’t wanna make Twixxel want the sun to explode any less though.
Twixxel opens one eye with his tail curled around his leg in fear and then the other eye to the familiar red being. The eyes in his mouth and pitch black eyes.
“Have I gained your forgiveness yet?”
Twixxel blinks twice, what? He even said it audibly. “What?”
“Have I gained your forgiveness?”
“I— uh— you aren’t gonna try possessing me?”
“…Not now.”
“I-I mean, thanks Creator..?”
The red being just nods in response.
Twixxel is left just standing there. Twixxel doesn’t move, mostly due to confusion now rather than fear.
Creator surprisingly, just puts a hand to Twixxel’s head, petting him.
At least he… isn’t being murdered right now..?
