Work Text:
Juliet is drunk enough for gracelessly liquid movements and thoughts popping and fizzing like bubbles of champagne when she leans in. Karen is drunk enough that the unexpected kiss tips her onto the arm of the couch, sending them both into peals of laughter. They are drunk enough that the reasons why this might be a bad idea are distant and unreal compared to the temptation of tasting vodka and lipstick, rucking up too-short skirts and rocking together.
"If I catch the bouquet, I'll ask you," Juliet murmurs into blond hair that gave her the courage to cut her own.
