The mission had turned into an absolute disaster.
Shigaraki had awakened, turning Jaku and the entire surrounding area into dust within seconds. Out of the hundreds of heroes stationed at or near Jaku Central Hospital, only a little over two dozen made it out because they could fly.
And things were only getting worse. Ryukyu was knocked out of her dragon form. Endeavour was overheating and couldn't fight at full power. Aizawa's eyes were damaged and he had to cut off his own leg. And Gran Torino's guts were completely mangled.
At this point, Izuku Midoriya did not care about saving absolutely everyone in the world. He did not care about giving people second chances. All he cared about was completing One for all's mission. Tomura Shigaraki needed to pay.
"DETROIT SMASH!" Deku's right arm, already broken and held together by Blackwhip, made contact with Shigaraki's head, breaking his jaw yet again, only for it to start repairing immediately.
'I need to find away to overwhelm his regeneration quirk. He doesn't know how to use more than two quirks at once, so he's relaying ok Hyper Regeneration and switching through different quirks.' Deku looked down at his mangled arms, his bones completely shattered.' But I can't heal. At this rate, my arms will be completely destroyed in just two or three more hits, and then Shigaraki wins. Think, Deku, think!'
As Deku avoided a barrage of crescent moon blades and hit Shigaraki's back with a Delaware Smash, he One for all stir within him.
'Kid, I've got a risky idea on how you can win.' He felt the image of the Fifth One for all user visualise within his mind.
"Banjo?! How are you talking to me right now, I thought you could only talk to me in the vestige realm?!"
'That's not important right now kid. You need to listen to me. We have a way for you to completely overwhelm Shigaraki and win this battle within minutes, but you have to be careful.'
Deku dodged a massive, neon purple beam of energy that left Shigaraki's palm scorched." I'll do whatever it takes Banjo! No matter how risky or dangerous it is, just tell me what I have to do to win and I'll do it."
Shigaraki nearly broke out of Blackwhip's grasp using Spear Like Bones as his chest recovered from another Detroit Smash, raising his hand to launch an Air Canon." Who are you talking to, brat?"
'Listen, you know how everything has an opposite, right? Electrons have positrons, gravity has anti-gravity, etc.'
Deku swerved his head to the right, his cheek scratched by Rivet Stab as he dodged it and Air Canon back to back." What does this have to do with me winning, Banjo?!"
Todoroki squinted as he looked up at Deku and listened to his words." Who is he talking to? Who's Banjo?" Endeavour was at a loss for words while recognition passed over Bakugou's face.
'Just listen to me kid. One for all is like that too. Just like it stockpiles positive energy that enhances the body, it stockpiles negative energy that enhances the atoms and DNA. They do the same thing, just with opposite charges.
Deku weaved through a barrage of Dark Balls." Enhance the atoms? How does that-" Deku's eyes widened at the realisation." It can enhance my cells! It can speed them up and allow me to regenerate my arms!"
Shigaraki raised an eyebrow at his words." Have you gone completely insane kid? Master was right, all of you One for all users are total psychos." A giant monster mouth came out of his arm to bite Deku, quickly destroyed in a kick.
'Exactly. There's only one problem. If you use it on your brain, it has the same affect as drugs. It'll make you go kind of crazy, so use it only in your arms and damaged area.'
"Alright. Just tell me what to do."
'You need to focus. Visualise One for all's energy and reverse it's flow, apply it to your very DNA and let it flow through you.'The voice of the forth user called out.
Stamping down his surprise(and excitement) at hearing more of the past users, Deku did just that. He controlled his anger, send Shigaraki far away from him to by some time and, with the help of the previous users, reversed the flow of One for all's energy, gaining access to all the negative power stored within the quirk.
Suddenly, the green lightning and energy around Deku's broken right arm turned into a vibrant, neon pink. Deku watched in astonishment as his arm put itself back together, regenerating until it reached back to the state it was in before the battle.
"No way, my arm... It's fully healed!"
Due to his attention being elsewhere, Shigaraki finally broke out of Blackwhip's hold, looking at Deku in surprise as he powered up another quirk." Are you kidding me? How overpowered can this kid get?" Shigaraki surged forward with a speed quirk." I won't let you win, Midoriya! I won't let you destroy my dream!"
Endeavour's jaw fell open as he watched what happened in the sky. "He awakened another quirk?! Are you kidding me?! How many does this kid have?!"
I guess the second or third users had a healing quirk. That came in handy.' Bakugou's expression hardened as he saw Shigaraki rapidly approaching Deku, who was standing still, healing his other arm.' But that nerd still needs to take things seriously and finish the job now.'
As Shigaraki flew closer to him, Deku looked down at his arms in awe, as they were now covered in beautiful pink lightning." This feels amazing, now I can use 100% in my arms much more effectively." An idea suddenly came in his head." Or, I can use it across my whole body, gaining a massive speed and durability advantage."
Banjo's eyes widened as Nana stepped in.'Kid, don't do it, you'll lose your mind! Your arms are more than enough to take down Shigaraki!'
But he didn't listen, a growing, pink aura spreading across his body." No, I need to end this as quickly as possible. I need every advantage, even if it makes me crazy." The negative One for all energy began spreading into his head, the aura building up.
The last users screamed at him in his head as Shigaraki finally closed the distance, a hole opening in his palm and glowing bright red.
"DIE!!!!"
Time seemed to slow down as Shigaraki made contact with Deku's face.
Then...
BOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!
A massive, bright pink aura exploded in the sky, blowing away the clouds as the wind pressure destroyed the ground and blew the heroes away.
"Nghhh-What the hell-?!" Endeavour could barely comprehend what was happening as he and the other heroes were blown away like ants.
As he slowed down in the air, beginning to regenerate, he looked at Deku and his stomach fell at the sight.
Deku was surrounded by an extremely bright, powerful pink aura, so strong he was creating a giant hurricane even as he stood still. His hair was pushed back and spiked up, like when he fought Overhaul or Flect Turn, only this time it too was pink. But that's not what scared Shigaraki.
No, what scared Shigaraki was his face. A row of jagged fangs made up his mouth as he smiled, while using eyes had turned into hypnotising spirals of red light. In short, Deku looked absolutely sadistic
"heheehhehe-HAHAHAHAHA." Deku howled, looking absolutely unhinged as he spread his arms and grinned widely, showing off his fangs even more." This feels great! I don't know why the others were so against it." His voice was distorted, sounding demonic and even more unhinged.
As Deku's crazed eyes fell upon Shigaraki, he finally understood what it felt like to be on the other end of the Symbol of Fear. He finally understood what it was like to be in the sight of a completely unhinged, ultra-powerful beast.
He did not like it one bit.
"Tomura Shigaraki." Deku(?) growled, getting closer." You said you wanted destruction, right? You said you wanted to see what a world with no heroes or hierarchy would look like." Deku grinned, somehow stretching his face even further as he prepared to unleash hell on Shigaraki.
"I'll show you!"
