🐕-Sirius
The marauders had a fight, no big surprise as they have been liveing together for 5 years it was bound to happen, the only one who isn't arguing with the rest is peter, he was out when they fought. No one is talking to anyone but Peter, James and Sirius wont talk, Remus and James won't talk and Sirius and Remus won't talk and Peters over it, he's going to make them get over it no matter what.
First he starts with James, he's the easiest to work with as he hates not talking to them
🐁-"Hey jem, how are you?"
James lets out a dramatic sigh
🦌- "Hey pete I'm fine, just, well you know"
🐁-"Yea I do, actually I was comeing to talk to you about that"
Peter makes sure to be to say it cautionously and James perks up
🦌-"Oh? Are they ready to make up? Thank merlin-"
🐁"Not so fast James, we haven't gotten that for I just wanted to see where you were at before I talked to moony"
🦌-"Im not mad at them anymore, I just wanna be able to walk into our dorm and not feel like someone is ganna smother me in my sleep you know? And I'm tired of sitting in silence like the other day I was ganna drag all you out to the-"
🐁-"James I get it, thank you, I'll get them to make up and talk to you and then you can drag us where ever you want as pay back for them making you pick a side"
🦌-"Thank you pete"
With that Peter pats James on the shoulder and walks away to find Remus
Peter finds Remus in the library, he sits down next to him
🐁-"Hey Rem"
🌕-"Hi pete, you good?
🐁-"Yea actually I was comeing to see how your doing, you know with the whole fights and stuff"
Remus puts his book down and looks at him curiously
🌕-"Peter what are you really asking me? Because if it's about makeing peace with Sirius then-"
🐁"For james sake, he misses talking to all of us, and he misses being able to talk to all of us and do stuff with all of us."
🌕-"I understand that peter but Sirius needs to apologize first"
🐁-"Ok but you BOTH put James in a situation where he would have to pick a side and then both forced him to do it"
🌕-"Yea that was shitty of us but-"
🐁-"No you need to apologize to james while I talk to Sirius"
🌕-"Fine, but im not apologizing to Sirius first"
Peter finds Sirius pouting on the astronomy tower like he usually is when the other marauders dont talk to him, peter sits down next to him and puts his arm around his shoulders
🐁-"Hey mutt"
🐕-"Hey rat, what you doing here?"
🐁-"just wanted to check in on you, see where were at with this whole fight thing"
Sirius dramaticly rolls his eyes and flops back on the floor
🐕-"No you just want the fight to be over"
🐁-"well I wont lie to you, I do want the fight to be iver but so do the other two, and poor James is dieing to be able to talk to both of you"
🐕-"Well maybe if he picked my side then MAYB-"
🐁-"No stop that's not what we're doing here, James is upset, Remus is over it so its just you whos haveing the issue "
🐕-"Well will Remus apologize? Will James apologize for not takeing my side?"
🐁-" Sirius you can't make Remus apologize for something you started OR make James apologize for just not picking a side in the situation"
Sirius sighs dramaticly and Peter rolls his eyes and lays next to him
🐁-"You have to take some accountability for this, you started it, just because you didn't like something Remus said about your hair didn't mean you had to go after him like that"
🐕-"Yea well, I know that was a bit over kill, but what he said was extremely mean and he wouldn't apologize for that eaither, and im not apologizing first"
🐁-"ok well how about YOU apologize FIRST for being over kill and Remus will then apologize for whatever he said"
🐕-"Fineeeee"
🐁-"good"
Peter drags Sirius to the dorm where james is then goes to the library to collect Remus, for 3 minutes James and Sirius sit there awkwardly in silence before James speaks up
🦌-"Hey siri, how are you"
Sirius dramaticly flops on his bed and looks at james
🐕-"Hi james, im fine, you?"
🦌-"Thats good, I'm doing fine, ive missed you"
🐕-"Yea ive missed you too" Sirius mutter under his breath "and Remus "
Before james can say anything in reply peter and Remus walk in the room and both boys go silent and Sirius sits up to look at Remus.
🦌-"Hi Remus, hi peter"
🐁"hello James"
🌕-"hey james"
Sirius reluctantly says
🐕-"hello Remus"
🌕-"Sirius "
Peter looks at Sirius with a pointed look to where Sirius rolls his eyes and sighs
🐕-"Remus I would like to apologize for my reaction to you calling my hair a wet a soggy mop the other day, it was over kill and i shouldn't have went that far"
Peter rasies his eyebrow and Sirius and looks at james
🐕-"James im also sorry i put you in the middle and made you pick a side"
🦌-"Its ok mate, im just glad your both ok"
🌕-"its fine Sirius i shouldn't have said that about your hair especially knowing you were in a mood and haveing a bad hair day"
Peter looks at Remus then at James
🌕-"Im sotry too for makeing you pick a side James that was shitty of both of us"
🦌-" It's ok I understand, but we're all talking now so all is good"
🐁-"Good job you two, now hug it put, so James can drag us to the quddich pitch and tell us everything he's been dueing to the past few days"
Remus and Sirius rolls their eyes but hog one another to witch James jumps in and hugs them too and drags peter into their new group hug
🦌-"can i really drag you guys to the quddich pitch?"
🐁-"yes james its the least you deserve from these two idiots "
This is the reason peter was the secret keeper not because it was the least obvious choice but because in times like these he was the one who brought the marauders nack together and kept them from drifting apart.
