Chapter Text

Nanami is so stunned, he doesn't know how to react.

Is this the thought process of someone so powerful, they've never been told no?

That confidence had been charming, quite attractive even, just the day before.

It wasn't often, but every once in a while, Nanami had needs...in the more carnal sense.

And he like every other human being had specific desires.

That is why he used an app. Something he would have never entertained in his youth, but having discovered what he liked at that time, his body called to have that itch relieved.

He didn't like going to clubs and testing waters, guessing just by appearances and action if this person was right for him, asking invasive but necessary questions so his so called itch could be scratched in just the right place. He had tried once or twice before, but Nanami's appearance attracted too great of a range, and most of the times, it was not what he was looking for. He didn't like disappointing anyone, just as much as he didn't like being disappointed as well.

The app was convenient. Just the right amount of information given, and not. There were of course not so great performances with the lackluster skills of some, but it fulfilled the purpose. No strings attached one night stands for a quick relief.

That was NOT how he met Gojo Satoru.

And that should have been a warning.

At the end of a harrowing week, Nanami liked to reward himself with an expensive drink at his favorite bar. Quiet, relatively small, with great service, and anonymity.

It was meant for higher than the middle-class, but not so far off that Nanami couldn't afford it, and he was in a financially comfortable space with his shit job and even shittier clientele. All in the name of getting to that comfortable life he had always dreamed of. Closer, but still oh-so far away.

It had been a shittier week than usual, one where a male VIP client who had been eying him the wrong way ever since they first met, had decided just looking wasn't enough anymore. It sadly wasn't the first time, so Nanami expertly avoided being in contact for too long.

That's how he found himself at his usual spot in a quiet corner by the window looking over the city night.

He wanted to be alone. Gave off the appropriate signals that anyone with half a mind would understand as 'F*** off'.

Apparently that didn't matter to the albino man who took the seat across him.

Nanami would have glared a hole through the man if his visuals weren't so startling.

A shock of pure white hair, eyes the most beautiful depth of blue on a face that should be plastered on magazines and screens. He had on black shades but it didn't obscure anything, just added to the mysterious vibe.

Nanami was no small man, but even sitting, this man seemed to tower over him (he wouldn't be surprised if he stood taller, had they been standing). Perhaps it was the aura he carried dressed in an all black attire.

Casually leaning his perfect face upon his fist, he introduced himself, "Hi. My name's Gojo Satoru."

Nanami didn't know what expression he was making at that time, but he was definitely confused. This wasn't the kind of bar you came to hook-up. On occasion he had been approached, but it had never been a man. Most of the men he'd hooked up with had been 'good-looking' in a sense, but of those men and even women, he had never met someone close to being as beautiful as the man before him, and perhaps that was what egged him on to just let it happen.

For such a man to approach him first, it tickled his curiosity...and maybe he was a little drunk as well.

He wore confidence well, and this Gojo Satoru did not hide his intentions. He expertly led the exchange even with Nanami's short abrasive answers, and before the conversation could get too far, Nanami firmly stated, "Just so you know, I'm a bottom."

"Of course you are."

No hesitation, just a wider grin. His voice had deliberately dropped an octave, and the way he said it...it was like it wouldn't have mattered if he had said the opposite. Gojo was going to top.

That was what did it.

And that night, Satoru had...delivered.

The foreplay in the beginning had been slow, as if the albino was trying to figure him out. And Nanami would have never suspected it was his first time with a man, if he hadn't announced it himself with a self-satisfied grin staring down at a blissed-out Nanami.

"Not bad for my first time hmmm, Nanami~"

It obviously wasn't his first time having sex, which could only mean...but before Nanami could comment or think too far, Gojo took a hold of his straying focus.

Nanami woke up warm and aching, but it was an ache that reminded him of a satisfying night.

He looked at the empty space beside him mostly relieved and just partially disappointed. This was how it was when he found a good fling, and it had been a very good one at that, but it was for the best, he couldn't handle being in a serious relationship right now.

As quickly and efficiently as his body allowed it, Nanami put on his thankfully mostly unharmed clothes. Absentmindedly observing his one-night had taken him to a very high-end hotel while buttoning his dress shirt, he approached the off-grey nightstand to collect his phone.

What sat next to it gave him pause.

A single black business card. Rimmed and lettered in gold, it read, 'Gojo Satoru' with a phone number right below the kanji.

Somehow, Nanami knew this single card was more expensive than all the items in this suite combined... or at least it felt that way.

Not the material, though it's high quality could be seen to the naked eye; no, it was the content. A sober and clearer mind recognized the environment and class of his surroundings. Having to meet with such people regularly as a stockbroker, he could see this man was on another level of his own.

Slowly touching the raised lettering and tapping it once, Nanami ultimately grabbed only his phone before taking his leave.

He surprised himself with his own hesitance, but really who could blame him; power, wrapped up in a face and body like that...but it was best not to open that door.

Nanami knew that for such a man, danger was not far behind.

As it was, knowing something was dangerous never did much when said danger came looking for you.

A week and a half later, Nanami found himself sitting before said man he desperately did not want to meet.

Doing his best not to pinch his brow Nanami thought back to the days events that brought him here.

His boss had personally called him up to tell him he had been chosen for his top tier work ethics and was being given a promotion, quite out of the blue.

In reality, such a thing was near impossible. Nanami knew he excelled in his job, but a promotion to two levels higher at his age in this company, in this day and age? Again, IMPOSSIBLE.

But he was being told he no longer had to deal with the clients he'd been assigned to, he was getting a raise, and his only duty now was to their new VVVIP.

Immensely great news, if not for how putrid and obvious it smelled of S***.

Truly if he could've run away, he would've.

Fitted in a newly tailored suit, Nanami was driven to a building that had 'Gojo' plastered all over it. His mind had short-circuited after the word, "Gojo" first left his boss' too thin lips and he'd been on auto-pilot ever since. His mind had tirelessly been trying to make an escape route, but nothing seemed to surmount to anything feasible.

Escorted to a private room on the highest floor, Nanami resigned himself to take the seat obviously meant for him.

When he saw another expensively suited man with unique hair seated diagonally across from him, Nanami's hope that this was truly just a business meeting came to life.

But, of course, that was not the case.

"It's been too long Nanami. Why didn't you call me?"

Nanami finally properly looked at Gojo Satoru, who was again in all black, but this time a three-piece suit; proper for a business meeting, if this even was one.

He'd been trying to avoid him, but since he'd been properly addressed, it was morally impossible for someone of Nanami's character to outright ignore him completely, for now at least. Nanami needed answers. "I didn't take the card you left."

Gojo simply grinned at that, "I know."

If you know why are you asking?!? Also are you not going to introduce the man next to you??? Nanami did not hide a grimace this time and he side-eyed the man with long indigo locks half tied into a loose man-bun. Nanami didn't know if he was more unnerved at this man's all-knowing smile or Gojo's.

"Oh! You can ignore him, he's just here cause he was curious about my new lover."

"...What??"

"Speaking of lovers, how are you feeling about tonight?"

Completely ignoring the question, Nanami grit his teeth to ask, "What do you mean lovers?!"

"You and me of course, silly."

"I nev..."

"If I say we are then we are."

Nanami was stunned into silence at the finality of his voice. No room for questioning or argument. Just an absolute.

"So~~, tonight??"

"Wha...absolutely not!"

"Hmmm, are you sure Nanami?"

"Yes." Nanami did his best not to let his fear show, but it was difficult with how fast his heart was beating and his body was shaking at the possibility he would be forc....He'd grabbed hold of the arms of the leather chair at some point in their conversation.

"Well, okay then. Bummer," Gojo flipped his phone open and after a few clicks and swipes, he pressed the call button.

The tension within Nanami slowly receded with Gojo's easy acceptance; dumbfounded and very relieved, but still wary. The vibration of his phone broke him from his stupor.

An unknown number, but one he recognized faintly.

"That's my number. Call me when you're ready." Satoru had on an almost innocent grin before he clapped his hand in some kind of epiphany, "Ah, right! I shouldn't have to say this, but since I like you so much, I'll give you a warning just this once. No cheating Nanami~ If I catch you, I'll be very angry."

He didn't know why, but the memory of him scrolling through 'that' app last night suddenly flashed into his mind...was that why??....Impossible.......but was it really??

"I guess I'll see Yuri-chan today then."

???

????

Nanami was utterly confused. "Wait, you have a girlfriend?"

"Oh, no no. That's just you Nanami~ Although I guess that's not quite the right word," Gojo chuckled like it was the most natural thing to do, "But since you can't be with me tonight, I have to find my fun with someone else."

"...." Nanami's fear and tension had completely dissipated into thin air at the absurdity he'd been subject to in this short time. It was still the middle of the day and already he was worn out.

Satoru gave a pitiful look at Nanami's silence as he said, "A little jealousy is cute, but don't take it too far, it's a real turn off for me."

Taking a deep breath and ignoring the unneccesary comment, Nanami worded out, "...So you're saying we are in a relationship, but while you can sleep around, I cannot?"

"So you do get it~ I knew I liked you Nanami!" Gojo winked at him before getting up to walk in long strides to the door Nanami had come through not too long ago. He continued to wave and make a 'Call me' sign before he disappeared out of the room.

Somehow recognizing Kento's plan of action, the mysterious man who had been wholly ignored throughout the whole exchange grabbed him before he could get up to chase after Gojo and tell him off.

"I suggest you just let it go."

"Please.Let.Me.Go." Nanami tried to break free but the man's grip was unforgiving.

"I know you're angry, but it's better to just let this peter out. The longest he's been in a 'relationship' is 1 month, and it only ends when he wants it to," He gave Nanami an almost sorry smile, laced with just the right amount of pity, "...but it will, in the end."

It shouldn't have relieved him as much as it did, but it calmed him down immensely. Nanami snatched his arm back from the loosened grip and sank into the chair.

"I guess I can finally introduce myself." Still hovering close by next to Nanami's seat, he reached out a hand in a friendly gesture, "My name is Getou Suguru. I'm Satoru's friend and lawyer."

Nanami simply glares at the hand as if it had been the one to offend him. Which technically it did, just a few seconds ago.

Accepting his response with raised hands of mock surrender Suguru goes back to his seat.

"If you have any questions, I'll answer them for you."

And so Nanami waits. He's decided to redefine said 'relationship' as a friends(?)-with-benefits relationship in his own head, so it's not as acrid and unpleasant.

He'd given into his urges a week later with a call to his so called "lover" and it's not that difficult as there are no feelings; just great physical chemistry.

Amazing physical chemistry.

Say what you want about Gojo Satoru's fucked up morals, he was sensational in bed.

It was going smoothly, a routine of sorts. Gojo Satoru never reached out to him for his needs, but he came easily to Nanami's calls, which wasn't that often. Nanami, of course, never called first, but only responded to Satoru's consistent texting with a 'yes' or a 'no'.

It was all good, but 2 months in, Nanami knew this was a problem...it was going TOO smoothly.

Gojo Satoru never breathed a word nor set to action any signs of a 'break-up'. If anything he was starting to get comfortable.

It was the little things; texting more about his own personal life, prodding Nanami about his (he expertly avoided those), leaving behind a few of his own belongings for 'convenience' when he came over to Nanami's and ETC.

What Getou had promised was not taking place, and Nanami needed this to END.

If Gojo Satoru didn't break up with him, Nanami Kento would have to make him.

Notes:

Not gonna be long. Me thinks 2 chaps should be enough.

I made a non-con series for my Nanami-aisare/uke stuff...just feel like I should make it separate with the other ideas I have for Nanami (sorry/not sorry), and this seemed borderline on the tippy-toes of that.... 0.0
