Looking back, Tony had always thought that he was lucky to live a pretty normal live until that day.
As long as he could remember he had lived his average American life in Dumbo, Brooklyn, close to the bank of the East River with a perfect view of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan with all the skyscrapers in all their glory (especially the Carter Industries Tower) in a former – now converted – warehouse and was now both - a loft, where the family lived, and a state-of-the-art workshop for his dad’s engineering work.
Of course it was no coincidence that it used to belong to Carter Industries – THE technology firm in the world and the very firm that had been his mom’s dad’s firm and was now her and her sister’s firm. But since his mom was too busy raising him and do her charity work and Aunt Peggy (in his eyes the coolest woman ever) was the director of an observatory up there in New Jersey (Really, New Jersey of all places?), the wife of one of Peggy’s team colleagues had taken over as the CEO.
Howard on the other side had found his calling as the expert in Engineering and mostly worked at home.
Tony’s everyday schedule was pretty much the same – waking up, getting breakfast, going to one of Brooklyn’s finest private high schools and hanging out with his BFF's Pepper and Rhodey, then after school visiting his favourite DUMBO diner, THE COMMANDOES, which was owned by two sisters and which had definitively the best burgers in NY, if not the USA, ogling the hot guy, who worked occasionally there, heading home and listening to his parents daily arguing while sneaking to the rooftop to pursue his hobbies.
You see, Tony only had two things in his life that he really, really loved – tinkering in his dad’s lab (depended on if Howard was actually in the mood to let him do so) and stargazing. Yes, Tony knew that stargazing in the middle of New York was a stupid idea with all those lights dimming the night sky to a yellowish anthracite.
But Tony wouldn’t be the son of Howard Stark, if the last one hadn’t had some good ideas once in a while, ideas like a handmade telescope for Tony with special lenses that allowed him to stargaze even through NY’s light pollution.
What he certainly didn’t expect was that his life was about to be turned upside down, that legends would come true and impossible decisions would have to be made.
And it all started when Aunt Peggy discovered a tenth planet on the outskirts of the Solar System.

So I started a new fic when I should be updating my old ones and writing my fic for the Stucky Big Bang. But I recently rediscovered my all-time-favourite anime “Queen Millennia” and voilà, a new plot bunny was rearing its ugly head and I can't get rid of it. I hope you like it.
