Walking down the street i look down at the small piece of paper i have in my hands with random assortment of things written on it, it was my shopping list i just got back from a recent expedition and needed to stock up on things like food for home but right now i have everything i need except from one thing potions. i just used almost all of them on my last expedition and the usual place i got them just shut down so i have to look through the whole city to find another place to buy them. But right now I have gone through nine different stores and now I was at my last stop. I was hoping this would be the place I can buy from now on. I walk up to the door of the store and open it, to be greeted with the smell of nice flowers. It had made me smile softly, it gave a feel of walking into a cosy cabin.
I look around at the shelves and see books and display cases of things, maybe ingredients looking around some more. I see a kinda clerk desk walking closer. I see a bell on the desk and I ring it “hello!? Anyone there? I'm looking for some potions! I heard you sell them "I heard some sounds coming from the back and soon someone hastley came outside of the back of the shop probably where he was making potions. The man dusted himself off and stood in front of me.
“Yes yes im here! Im Riven nice to meet you uh-what kinda potions would you like” he said with a bit of stuttering while he tried to fix his hair with a bright smile on his face. It seemed like i did catch him in the middle of something
“Yeah, I am looking for some potions. I have a list of what i'm wanting, and i want to see if you have these ones to sell '' i say as i hand him a different piece of paper with a list of potions. He quickly took the paper and he looked at it scrunching up his nose while he tried to read the smudged writing on the paper. How cute- wait why did i think that…nevermind. I said to myself as i shake my head a bit
“Umm yeah i think i have most of these right now! And the other ones i can make but i will charge you a bit more for those, do you mind that! It's just that, it will take a bit of resources to use so i need a way to compensate and you-” he says as he continues to ramble
“It's fine, I'll pay extra. I have no problem with it '' I say as I interrupt him with a small smile at his behaviour. “Oh really ok! I'll get you the ones I have right now! Just wait right there!” he says as he quickly leaves with what it looked like a small embarrassed blush, maybe he realized that he was ranting on and on. I grabbed my small pouch and opened it, taking a few silver coins out for payment, and right on time Riven had come back with a wooden box he placed it on the desk and opened its lid.
“I have it! I got most of the potions on your list!, but I didn't have two of them. I hope that's okay!” he said as he showed me all the potions he had for my list, i smile and nod handing him the silver coins “here for the potions, name’s Elisa by the way”
“Oh thanks! Elisa, here take the box! I'll try and make the other portions you want! Make sure to come back again!” i nod and take the box and walk out the shop turning around briefly i saw him through the window he was covering his face with a almost visible blush underneath his hands
