Jon sat in his office looking through the research that Sasha had completed for the most recent statement regarding Lost Johns' Cave, he was muttering to himself preparing himself to do the closing information of the statement.
Jon was about to start the tape when there was a knock on his office door.
“Come in?” Jon called out; Tim walked in with his usual confident swagger.
“Boss, ya’ know what’d be great, absolutely fantastic you join me Sash and Martin for drinks tonight?” Tim asked leaning his elbow on Jon’s desk, but still using his hands as he spoke.
“Firstly it’s ‘Sash’, Martin, and I.”
“Yeah, whatever Grammar Police,” Tim said as he rolled his eyes.
“And secondly No.”
“Come on Boss, it’ll be team bonding or whatever. If ya really hate it, you just need to stay for one drink.” Jon sighed he knew that Tim wouldn’t stop pester him about it until he agreed.
“Fine, just one drink though. Close the door on your way out,” Tim pumped his fist at his easy victory. “And get back to work.” Tim of cause ignored Jon’s last remark and did not do any work Tim left his office to go tell Sasha and Martin about his success.
