Sunshine was running, they didn’t know where, but they were going as fast as they possibly could. They didn’t even even know what they were running from. An animal ? A person ?
It was dark and humid, they seemed to be running in a forest. One that they weirdly recognized. Why did this Place Seem so familiar to them ? Now wasn't the time to think about that.
They were starting to run out of air, they had been running for a long while. Until they ran into someone, a tall figure that almost looked like… “ Elliott…?” They questioned breathing heavily. “ Wha- Sunshine ?! Are you alright?”
He asked worried for them. “ I'm fine, but… Are you actually here? Or is it just … You know, dream you ?” Sunshine noticed that Whatever was following them, was gone “ It's really me, I promise. Blake dropped the ward that's how I Managed to get to you“
The Dreamwalker explained to his confused Partner. All of the sudden, Sunshine crashed Into Elliott, hugging him as tight as they could. Making the man fall back a bit. They needed to Make sure he was actually there, But… The joy they felt didn't last long, because they came to the heartbreaking realization.
Elliott had his Memory wiped of all memories that concerned them. Blake made sure they knew that. “ Wait, you're not real ! You- Well, he… got his memories of me removed . The real Elliott doesn't remember me…” They finished that sentence with a visible sadness,
letting him go. “ What, no! No, I made a deal with the daemon that was supposed to do it. I promised him that I would come back and save him if he let me keep them. And he agreed !” Elliott said hurriedly, for a little While there was a silence between the pair.
Then Sunshine tensed, their whole body contracting. Elliott knew that they were going through hell ‘What could they be doing to them, were they hurt ? Physically at least, because he knew better than to assume that mentally they were doing well.
Clearly they weren't’. A sob pulled him out of his thoughts. He did the first thing that came to mind, he held them, letting them do what they needed to do. They cried on his shoulder for what seemed forever. But not in a bad way,
just in a way that he was reassured they were in his arms. “ I don't want to wake up Elli please, Please don't make me wake up. I need you, I'm Scared Please, I want to stay in here with you” They begged through sobs, still out of breath from the long run they did.
“ I know Sunshine…I know, but listen to me, Okay ? I talked to my brother and he's on his way to help you” he affirmed, trying to sound as comforting as Possible. “ But Why aren't you the one coming over here ?”
They asked only wanting to see their partner at the moment. Not that they had anything against Aaron, they just wanted to see a comforting and familiar face… “I can’t Sunshine, my aura is too strong he’ll sense it and know that I’m coming. I’m sorry Baby I want to be with you too..”
“That makes sense, I guess…” They said pitifully, Sunshine was obviously disappointed. They didn’t really want to meet their “brother in law” if you could call Aaron that, like this. They kind of looked, well rough, It was understandable though. I mean they HAD been kept in a basement looking room for at least three weeks.
