"One word: Puckuresse!" says Tina on a phone call with Rachel, who is still on a family holiday in the Bahamas.
Rachel looks confused; turning up the volume on her phone, thinking she heard incorrectly she says "What?".
Tina starts to explain "I was walking to Asian couples therapy, Mike would meet me there, when i saw Kurt Hummel, Noah Puckerman and Jesse St. James across the road walking out of the Lima Bean. Your shocked i know! I haven't told anyone else because i thought 'Rachel has dated two of them and would have dated Kurt if he wasn't gay'. And if you say they aren't together, Puck had his arms around both of them and kissed Kurt".
"No, no! Kurt and I were meant to say single to focus on our broadways dreams! We said so at our last sleepover! Puck i get, he would have sex with anything moving but Jesse!" I can't believe this. I am getting home at 10 tonight, lets tell glee club tomorrow when school starts" Rachel rushes out, still shocked Kurt even wanted a boyfriend let only get one - no two! Lets say Rachel was annoyed and upset, she was slightly crushing on Jesse still, he wanted to be on Broadway too -you can't blame her!
When Rachel arrived at school the next morning, she sought out Tina. "Glee first period, lets wait until everyones there then we will walk in together and share the news". Then Rachel takes the detour to homeroom in attempt to spy out the new relationship. Unfortunately she only saw Kurt chatting away with Mercedes about the new vogue magazine.
She met Tina outside Figgin's office at ehe end of the day, a little way down the corridor from the choir room. They decided to wait ten minutes to make sure they got there after anyone running late, then they stepped into the choir room.
"New Directions i have some new for you-"
"-Kurt, Puck and Jesse are-"
"-DATING!"
Rachel finishes not going to let Tina steal her moment.
Kurt whips his head up from where he is sitting next to Mercedes, and looks at Puck who is sitting next to Jesse. That reaction was all Rachel needed. Jesse and Puck stand up looking ready to leave, knowing Puck doesn't want to get in another fight because Mr Schue threatened to kick him out of glee after his last one.
"Good for you Kurt" says Mercedes, smiling. 'Wait what - '
Brittany says "Are you all dolphins?". 'No' Rachel thinks, 'where are the shouts?'
Santana says "Puck would sleep with anything thats moving, even if its the Jesse Kid". 'Thats more like it'
"No, stop it Santana thats really mean, and offensive!" snarks Kurt, surprising everyone with his eagerness to defend Puck in front of the New Directions. He gets up and walks over next to his significant others.
Puck actually looks really put down and upset, he looks down at the floor from where he is stood and Jesse wraps his arm around him and rubs his back.
"Octopus" says Brittany confusing everyone as they all turn to look at her, "your an octopus". Jesse starts laughing while everyone else still looks confused, "He likes every gender, multiple octopus legs in every gender".
"Thank you Brittany, I love it" Puck replies, as he holds his hand out to Kurt. Kurt accepts and together the three of them leave the choir room.
