Izuku Midoriya was finally free, after being stuck in tartarus for 5 years. Anything is nice, now Izuku just needs to get out of the ruins of this damnable place. He was working his way through the rubble when he heard a cough, someone was there. Izuku peaked his head over the pile of rubble he was behind, and he recognized the person. It was Yaoyorozu Sakusei, a well respected security guard, one he was friends with.
Sakusei had blood coating his uniform, and a gash ran through it. Izuku ran over to the injured man “Yaoyorozu! Sir!” Sakusei looked up “Ah Midoriya, just the man I wanted to see” he coughed out “there’s gifts for you in my office, if it’s still standing, and here” He handed Izuku a blood red mask “I was gonna give it to you for getting out tomorrow, but look what happened”. Izuku was still looking at the gash, trying to find any way to help the man in front of him.
Sakusei coughed again more blood spilling out onto his uniform and Izuku’s own hands “It’s useless kid, just please take my gifts, get out, and find my sword” Izuku looked up, confused “Sir, what sword?”
“It’s a sword that I found just getting sold at a shop one day, the craftsmanship is wonderful. It’s at the Yaoyorozu estate, I hope you’ll be able to get in and out easily.”
Izuku blanched “You’re telling me to break the law? I thought you were a law abiding citizen”
The man only smiled as Izuku realized this conversation was reaching its end. Izuku got up, frowned and started walking away before he could make it all the way to another destroyed wall Sakusei shouted “And protect my niece and her class will you, they’re already traumatized as is. If not for them, for me.” Izuku stopped and said “Promise.”
And with that Yaoyorozu Sakusei was no more.
