Given name: Izuku Shigaraki. Alias: Izuku Midoriya

Summary:

In which All for one is Hisashi (midoriya) Shigaraki, Inko is not in the picture, and he raises Izuku as a single father until something happens.

The commission fucks a lot of people over, Izuku especially.

Previously reformed villain turns active villain again and manipulates a child.

Nothing good happens until a child takes controll of his own life, gets a boyfriend, and unwillingly gains a parental figure then calls out everyone of their bullshit.
In a very publicly televised manner.

How will things turn out for all involved with the sides involved? Read and see.

Notes:

Special thanks to my best friend who beta read my shit, almost offered him to type it for me honestly but that would've left it un edited.

This chapter is one of 3 currently written, the others need to be typed out still but due to my schedule uploading will be sort of at random.
I will try to do it frequently though.

Enjoy the first chapter and tell me what you think or if you have anything you might want to see added into later chapters.

Chapter 1: The birth of change, and the beginnings of misfortune.

Chapter Text

Looking down at the precious, defenseless, little baby in his arms All For One smiled as a warm feeling filled his chest.

"Hello there Izuku, I'm your daddy, and because of the I'm going to protect you and give you the best life I can."

Izuku whined and grabbed his father's finger with his very small hand.

During that moment holding his newborn baby in his arms he decided he was going to change his ways, for the sake of his son.

And that's just what he did.

As a single father he devoted all his time and attention to him. He spent his time playing and doting on the boy, every minute of it was special. Being a father to Izuku made him feel complete.
~ ~

All morning 2 and a half year old Izuku had been fussing and crying inconsolablely. His father hadn't been feeling much better, he had this unnerving feeling in his stomach like it was full of lead.

"Bad, bad, bad, bad, BAD!"
Izuku shrieked while attempting to hide his face in Hisashi's shirt.

"I don't know what you need Izuku, you have to tell me what's wrong son. You need to use your words."
He told him trying to console him while rubbing soothing circles on his back.

Eventually he managed to get him down for a nap. He kissed his forehead and told him he loved him before closing the door to his room. He slumped down on the couch in the living room of his comfy little home in a sheltered neighborhood. Thankfull that Izuku was actually getting some sleep he decided to have a cup of tea and relax.

That's when everything went wrong.

"WHERE THE HELL IS MY SON!?"
Hisashi screamed with pure fury at the thought of his toddler being scared or hurt.

At this point he'd been kept in tartarus for a day already, screaming at the bastards that destroyed his home and know where his child is all the while.

A man came to the viewing area of where Hisashi was being held and smirked evily before speaking into a microphone.

"He didn't make it, he was a casualty in the bust of the arch villain of Japan. A piece of ceiling crushed crushed him and we weren't able to resuscitate him. But he died for a noble cause, your capture."

The man laughed. He fucking laughed at the fact his 2 year old son had died due to their raid.

Everything went red, his throat was burning as he screamed bloody murder.

He's gone. Izuku is gone.

The bastard heroes killed him and wrote him off as just another casualty in the line of fire when it was their error in planning. Or maybe they did it on purpose.

But either way.

He swore that day that he would take revenge on hero society and burn it to the ground.

Izuku was just a baby, he'd done absolutely nothing to deserve the what'd happened to him.

The "heroes" would pay for this. His son wouldn't die in vain, Izuku won't have died in vain.

"Daddy!" Izuku sobbed with want and confusion.

He's been kept in an observation room for the past 2 days with limited contact as the hero commission decided what to do with the potentially dangerous child.

He's incredible scared and confused. His time has beem spent crying, with the occasional force feeding or change.

It was decided that he would be put into a group home and kept under heavy observation.

He was fed, checked on, changed, and somewhat potty trained.
It was...lonely.
He got hardly any attention and the other kids don't give him any space. But yet they won't play with him. They only do what theh want.

Worst of all he misses his dad.

2 and a half years later.

AFO escaped easily and acquired a "successor".
Tenko Shimura, no Tomura Shigaraki. Ironic Isn't it? The grandchild of his current nemesis mentor. Turning him into a hero hating villain to kill the man responsible for his sons death won't be enough to satisfy the need for revenge.

But it's a start.

And there is hell to come for the heroes now that he's back in business, bigger and better than where he left off.
_____________________________
Izuku's situation is a bit different the it was previously, you see after his quirk developed he was moved to a....
Special facility of sorts.
-----------
It was a normal day when it developed, until a bank robbery went wrong that is.
His class had just been let out and he was walking behind the rest of the kids from the group home on their way back.

What they didn't know was that a man who'd just robbed a bank was rushing their way in attempt to invade capture via heroes.
They were right on his tail so in his desperation he took a hostage who would have no chance of fighting back.

So he snatched Izuku and pointed a gun against his head.

"TAKE A STEP CLOSER AND I'LL SHOOT!"

the heroes froze, hostage situations are dangerous business, they have to be careful how they proceed.

Izuku waa truly terrified, he was shaking, crying, and attempting to scream.

"SHUT UP BRAT!"

The man shouted squeezing the boy in his arm and jabbing his head roughly with the gun.

Izuku's vision flashed white and all he could feel was pure terror and a pounding in his head, nothing else as his ears rang so loud that no noise was reaching him.
He hadn't even known he'd been screaming until after his vision returned and the ringing subsided a bit.

Everything was a little fuzzy, there were heroes rushing towards him, at some point he'd ended up on the ground. Someone else was screaming loudly in pain somewhere. Ow! He had reached up and touched his forehead only for his hand to come back covered in blood.

Oh, he must've gotten shot. Was he dying?
With a deep raspy breath everything went black.

"- a young male, possibly between 3 and 5, green, scratch that white hair, a minor head wound but might require stitches-"

Huh? Are they talking about me? But my hair isn't white?
---------------------
He woke up in a hospital quite some hours later with a terrible headache and dry mouth.
Turns out his quirk developed during the situation and he'd burst into flames making the villain drop him and get captured.
The thing is the villain no longer had a quirk, but Izuku had the exact one he had supposedly possessed right before the incident.
--------------------
He developed All For One, just like his father. Well almost.
---------------------
The facility was just a large room that was video monitored by a revolving group of people who work for the hero commission.
Izuku had a room and bathroom that he wasn't allowed to leave, well other than for school.
All his meals were brought into the room on a cart that he was to put dirty dishes back on after, and clothes were stocked while he was at school.
That was to minimize contact with him.

It was his own personal little isolated hell, a prison. Where the gaurds would beat him as they saw fit without repercussion.
Who would care if he got hurt, he was probably gonna end up as a villain.
__________________________________________

As he got older he was allowed slightly more freedom, but his life was still completely controlled by the hellish people supervising him outside of his time between "home" and school.
He went to school until 3 and was allowed out until 5 O'clock, then he was confirmed to his room again until he had to go back to school.
Sometimes he was allotted free time on the weekends, but it was highly unlikely and never exceeded 2 and a half hours.

An allowance was given to him weekly for if he wanted anything "extra", or if he needed something that the commission didn't consider necessary.

Plain clothing, educational things, and bland food is what was given.
Nothing more.

Every second in that room was monitored, every second in school he was monitored.
The teachers were given special instruction to watch him thoroughly.
Bullies did the same. Everyone else just ignored him. There were 3 types of people, the ones who watched, the ones who hurt, and the ones who ignored.
It was because of his quirk.

The only time he wasn't being watched was between 3 O'clock and almost 5.
5 was when he needed to be there so he didn't have all the time, but most of it.
__________________________________________
Where did he spend his time you ask?
At the library.
It was a cozy building not too far from where he was kept and there were computers and books free for his use.
And the computers were exactly what he needed for..... online research.
----------------------
And that's what brings us to now.
School has just let out and izuku's got things to do.

He walks swiftly down the street with purpose, everything has to go perfectly.
After walking a while he reaches his firsy stop, the library.
Going inside he greets the librarian as usual and makes his way to a computer with a flash drive he bought usual some of his allowance.
Getting straight to work he started computer and plugged in the flashdrive, opened the desktop to his files and printed them out. Them quickly went over to the librarian with the money to pay the printing fees, it's 10 yen per paper.

"That'll be 200 yen young man." The old lady said passing him his small stack of papers.

He pulled out two 100 yen coins from his pocket and passed them to her then took his papers.

"Thank you very much"
He said hurriedly before scurrying back to the computer where he pulled the drive and signed off.

The papers quickly got shoved into his already more full than usual backpack.
He waved at the old lady before before making his way out of the building to his next stop.

A grocery store.

He's hardly ever been in one, not ten times in his entire life, that he can remember atleast. The last time being when he purchased the flashdrive in order to complete his plans.
He looked at the signs above the aisles then grabbed a basket and made his way towards the fruit section. He grabbed 4 apples, and a bag of mandarin oranges.
Then he thought about it and decided to grab a bag of pre made salad and a box of cheerios to eat dry.

He was never really allowed anything processed or sugary so cheerios were like a treat to him almost. He only actually had them a few times when the people decided to give him a 'lazy breakfast'.

"Should I get anything else?" He mumbled to himself.

"Probably, tomorrow I'll need to lay low and then I start on Tuesday."

Izuku considered his options and the length of time he would until the start, then decided on getting more. Bread, bananas, water bottles, apple sauce pouches, and 2 bags of trail mix as a protein substitute for meat.

Nervous about the interaction awaiting him at the till he walked up to it and tried to stay focused on his plan.
He put his stuff onto the conveyor belt as a purple haired teenager waited for the groceries to move down the the line looking like they couldn't care less about anything.
Theh scanned everything without making any eyecontact, or even looking away from the scanner as Izuku stood there thankfull for their lack overall until they told him the total.

"You total today comes to X amount of yen, will that be cash or card today?"
They told him in a flat tone like they read it from the most dull script ever.

"U-uhm cash." He stuttered out while taking out his money and handing it over to them.
They made change quickly then passed it over to him. He accepted it with a quick thank you and grabbed his bags.

"Have a good day, come again."

"You too!" He replied with slight excitement from the successful interaction and left at once. (He would later cringe thinking back on his reply)

He doesn't get much contact with people, outside of school and the library almost none at all.
----------------
The next stop was a train station.

By 4:00 pm he was on a train to Mustafu, right on schedule.

It was a short walk to the final destination after getting off of the train, well a short walk to the school near it. Then only a ten minute walk from there.
------
Finally he was there, at the place he could call his new home.
An abandoned building in good condition not far from Aldera middle school.
And Izuku Shigaraki from this moment on was no more, Izuku Midoriya however is alive and well starting school in 4 days as a second year.

His quirk? Manipulate.
It's actually 2 quirks. One he aquired when he was 7, and the other he got when he was 9 when he bumped into someone who looked like they'd seen a ghost as soon as they'd touched.

Neither of them are actually called manipulate but their actual names are not important.
Izuku's just glad to have such a perfect pair of quirks for what he's doing.

Oh and don't think for a minute he goes around stealing people's quirks, he only does that to criminals, technically one criminal when he was five. No, his quirk allows him not only to steal and give quirks but to copy them too.
----------------
Izuku very carefully made his way into the very nice abandoned building that used to be a luxury hotel modeled after the idea of a bed and breakfast. Except it's rather huge in comparison to the size of a bed and breakfast.
It was supposedly abandoned because it was haunted by the ghost of someone who'd been murdered there.
The property never managed to sell after the business went under, and the place is amazing inside. Even better it is untouched, and everything left behind is in great shape.

It's the perfect hideout. Or home, but same difference.

Once in the room he'd chose on his look around the place before he'd finalized his plans he crashed right onto the bed.

"That was exhausting, but atleast on Tuesday my new life away from the prying eyes of the commission will officially be started. And all my work was secure in forging the files so the paperwork isnt an issue. The only problem now would be the government or my old school looking for me, if they actually put in any effort, but it's unlikely. They will probably be glad to be rid of me. Plus a missing persons case especially for a minor who's last known location was school will probably be wll but forgotten after 48 hours. If they even choose to report me missing. I'll probably just be assumed dead. I just have to avoid the old school and I'll be fine, probably."
He muttered to himself since there was no need for the usual restraint he'd have.

There was nobody there to listen but him.
Nobody watching him at all times, to judge his every moment. Nobody is there to hurt him. He is free.
Closing his eyes he let the post anxiety exhaustion wash over him and sleep consumed him.

He has many years to make up for being a 14 year old with LOTS of saved money and no supervision outside of school. So he's gonna make up for those years as best as he can.
