Leonard walked into his room. He sighed deeply as he placed his gun in its standard besides Sara's weapons. He laid his perka on the chair and kicked his shoes off beside the bed before crawling into it. He shuffled closer to the blonde woman who was reading in their bed and wrapped his arms around her before laying his head on her stomach.
"Hey there," Sara said softly, looking down from her book. "You okay, little Snowflake?"
"Hmm. Now I am," Leonard answered as he looked up at his girlfriend. "What are you reading?"
"How to kill a mockingbird."
"Is that my book?" Leonard asked.
"Yeah. It's your favorite, right? Is it okay if I borrow it?"
"It is my favorite," Leonard confirmed. "And yes, you can read it. But only if you're very careful with it."
"Of course. I'm always careful with your stuff. I know you are very attached to it," Sara reassured.
"Good," Leonard said as he laid his head back on Sara's stomach.
"Goodnight Len," Sara said before going back to reading.
"Goodnight Sara," Leonard said back to her before turning to Sara's little bump. "And you too goodnight, my little Snowflake," he repeated as he kissed the baby bump.
