Start of fanfic is about 5 years before cannon. Aizawa has been a teacher for about 2 years. Izuku is 8 years old. Dabi is about 12. Aizawa is about 25. Assuming he started his solo hero career at 18 years old, it gives him 5 years to settle before being pulled to teaching. In cannon he starts with 30 years old. He has been dating Hizashi for 7 or 8 years now (starting around last year of UA). I don’t know if they are married or not. Both are fun.
Izuku analyses fights too. He sometimes tries them in his room till he decided that he needs another human to make some moves more accurate. He becomes Vigilante, Shadow, and befriends Dabi. The name Shadow, because he many wanted to watch more realistic fights without being part of them and you’re not supposed to see Shadows at night. Dabi crashed in warehouse. Dabi allows Izuku to go there because he is reminded of his siblings. I don’t know how many years he is on the streets for. Some years later Dabi will invite Himiko to the Vigilante trio
Izuku found Hitoshi one day muzzled, same night mom dies. Izuku moves into the warehouse. He is missing for weeks before Mitsuki finds out and goes to the police. She finds out that Inko is dead and that Izuku didn’t go to school. Police claims him dead, because he is Quirkless and couldn’t possibly live alone on the streets for weeks. No use wasting resources searching a Quirkless body.
A month later about Hitoshi joins Izuku to make Vigilante Duo. Disaster Duo, neither of them talks. Hitoshi is one, Izuku is two. Hitoshi moves into warehouse too. A while later a social worker claims him missing. Police shows up at his school to bring him back to foster care. He gets new parents because he was too much work for the last ones. He must move. He is luckily still close enough to the warehouse to join be Vigilantes. He goes to a new school, meets Monoma Neito there. He gets bullied for having a useless Quirk. During lunch one time he sits with Hitoshi, they don’t talk, but no-one tries to attack him, so he continues to be around him.
Hatsume Mei accidentally explodes to them. She sees Hitoshi, the new kid, and asks about his quirk, then decides to make a support item based on it. Her current theme, she takes inspiration from Quirks and then makes items to aid or counter act. She makes Hitoshi an electrical voice mask. He has a flashback. That is the moment Neito decides they are friends. Mei shows up a couple days later to apologize. Hitoshi reassures that it was just a mistake. She wants to make something for him as sorry. They seem to accept her, so she decides that they are her friends.
One day Neito and Mei follow him to the warehouse. Mei makes now support for the Disaster Duo. Neito joins, now it’s Troubled Trio. A while later, I don’t know, maybe half a year, Hitoshi goes to buy some snacks and comes across Todoroki Shouto shadowing his sperm doner. Hitoshi sees emotional suppression because he does the same, and he is skilled in people watching. He tells our family, and they wonder why. Izuku does research and what he finds shocks all, even Dabi. He didn’t know mom isn’t there anymore. Shouto needs help. So, they all decide to help, encounter Shouto regularly and make sure they have a safe space.
Tsukauchi wants to quit. Vigilante trio is a bother. He is ranting to Shouta. The case is surprisingly small. Shouta joins the case. He realizes that they are kids and take them in. Assuming:
One has a touch-based sleep Quirk. (Pressure points, they all practice them, surprisingly Hitoshi is best followed by Izuku.)
Two has Shadow manipulation Quirk. (Police managed to link Shadow vigilante to Two, Shadow was known for vanishing in the shadows.)
Three has passive awareness Quirk (They are always the first to look around or make the others aware when Eraser is around. With his Quirk he can sense others around if close enough, learned how to recognize specific ones.)
Dabi befriends new Quirkless Vigilante Leia (See: Fanfic). During he invites Himiko to warehouse because Izuku would be upset if he were to leave her once he finds out. Once Dabi knows who Leia is, he invites her to warehouse too. Natsuo wants to become doctor. He learns with nurses already. Works are illegal Quirkless hospital by recommendation of Dr. Tanaka Opal. Then he goes to illegal fight club, gets to know Leia there, she is there surprisingly often. One day he recognizes a wound. Fuyumi invites him to warehouse. She brings Shouto too at that point, telling them to keep it a secret from Dad. They do. Dabi dates Hawks.
Himiko joins Vigilantism. (Four has an agility Quirk, she likes to jump onto people and headbutt them.) By now the family has Animal names (Somebody heard Hawks call Dabi his little burned chicken nugget, he is officially called Chicken now), Quirkless help group got integrated, some homeless too.
Rules: If you cause trouble, you get banned. At least for now. Place becomes another health station because Natsuo and some others. Warehouse gets traction. Other Quirkless hospitals share the location. Dr. Tanaka Opal goes to visit. She is very happy to see Izuku living such a good life. She joins the family.
Life moves on Family sorts itself. Bakugou was also in the family. He gets abused at home. Will he get adopted by Midnight eventually? Not yet why? I don’t know why. Maybe because he believes it to be not that bad, or because he doesn’t want to change the status quo, or that he doesn’t deserve it, or he believes its normal family behaviour considering most of the family also come from abused places.
Sludge villain incident. Izuku is on the was to meet up with Katsuki. He asks and he says no. Later Katsuki kicks a bottle while thinking about the idiots in Aldera. He nearly dies, Izuku saves him. All Might doesn’t think about Izuku, far too focused on keeping eyes on Katsuki. Maybe he already forgot Izuku’s face (Face blindness, I like it.). Katsuki went to meeting spot, Izuku melted away once the Pros scolded him. All Might intercepts Katsuki and offers him Quirk. He tells him he’ll think about it. Katsuki tells Izuku and Izuku asks if he wants the Quirk. Katsuki wants to know everything Izuku knows about All Might first. He finds out about Quirkism and immediately says no. Katsuki has Idea to take Quirk anyway. No need to let him keep the power. Izuku is uncomfortable with having All Might around Katsuki so much around. Once telling black they decide to give the quirk to Neito. It boosts his Quirk to keep Quirk copies in weaker form the more often he copies them. Around 100 copies and Neito will have a weak indication of the Quirk.
Meeting at 6 am at beach Katsuki brings Izuku, Neito and Hitoshi. All Might is quite uncertain about them. Katsuki says they are just curious because paedophiles, but he said that All Might is strictly to train him. All Might is calm again, they don’t know. Hitoshi tells All Might to tell them everything about the Quirk, and any additional Information that is important. I don’t know if that should work. Hitoshi tells All Might to transfer the quirk to Neito. Afterwards they order All Might to forget them, forget the idea to give Katsuki the Quirk, forget anything about them.
Black is formed by:
Bear – Fuyumi – ice Quirk is primary school teacher.
Chicken – Dabi on the streets, Touya in family presence – fire Quirk. He is legally dead, he’s an informant and works in the more illegal side of business.
Pidgeon – Name – Quirkless girl from help group. She will go to UA management.
Bunny – Izuku – Quirkless. Dead. Will go to UA Gen-Ed. He is rumoured to rival Nez’s brain.
Lizard – Mei – Zoom. ADHD makes most support items.
Widow – Hitoshi – Brainwashing. Wanted to be Cat, but copycat and his quirk is more like widow sitting in the web. He’s going to join the hero course, trouble with foster because black has many responsibilities. 1-A
Cat – Neito – copy and ova. 1-B. Most of his stuff is induced with various Quirks thanks to Izuku and Mei. His Neckless has a Teleportation Quirk. Can Teleport himself and people he touches to a person. Total of 4 people every half hour.
Hitoshi is on way home when Mic sees him and immediately falls in love (couple days before entrance exam for UA). On the day of the exam Hitoshi gets thrown out of the foster’s place. Luckily, Hitoshi has most of his belongings at home. Some rich people (or robbers) joined the family so black was able to expand the home. It has multiple bases. Some stores all around Japan. Yamada recognizes Hitoshi, so he and Aizawa foster him now. Mentally Yamada already adopted Hitoshi.
At Hitoshi’s foster place he never talks. It worries both, but they can’t do anything. The most they heard was quiet whispering late at night. Aizawa assumes that he was on the phone with somebody. Sadly, that only happened once. Aizawa told Yamada, he was quite happy, but the next morning he just had to mention it. Following that incident Aizawa didn’t hear anything, though he did see light shine below the door sometimes. Aizawa has taken to leaving some snacks and some water at the door whenever he gets back from Patrol and sees the lights on. He secretly smiles when the time for Hitoshi to open the door gets shorter. It’s quite cute.
Shouto got thrown out a while back. He met Tomura in murder alley (see: Fanfic). They are now gaming partners. Anyway, Tomura has told black about the USJ attack, and they told him to keep the casualties down. Murdering senselessly because things may or may not work out muddles the message and people will be less likely to sympathize. So, Tomura doesn’t order Nomu to kill Aizawa. In turn Aizawa doesn’t get the scar. Kurogiri also warped quite a few criminals back to the meeting point. It would be counter intuitive to leave one’s allies to the enemy after all. Bunny found out that Kurogiri is Oboro Shimura. Well, it was more like let us see your body and Hitoshi recognizing him from the memorial. It’s quite new. They haven’t been able to keep his body for more than a couple seconds, but they are working on freeing Kurogiri from All for One’s brainwashing and restoring his buried Memories. Two thirds of the first years are family and little under half of the rest, including teachers. Bunny wants to invite Nedzu for the fight against Dumpster Fire and the Hero commission.
Couple weeks after the sports Festival and Internships, after everything is calm again. Hitoshi asks if he can meet up with a friend. That being his first request gets accepted basically immediately. Hitoshi still doesn’t talk unless spoken to, so that was a big step in both directions, even if he still must use his voice at the foster’s flat. Hitoshi and Izuku walking to a family-owned cat café. Hitoshi needed to tell his fosters where he went, and he didn’t dare to lie to them yet. Eri runs into them. Hitoshi runs with her. Izuku distracts Overhaul and points him the wrong direction. Hitoshi informs fosters that friend decided to have sleep over. Eri prefers to not be abandoned right now. Hitoshi steals some of Aizawa’s hair from a hairbrush, which was surprisingly hard.
Neito is in foster care I don’t know if neglected or not. I might have a nice home, but I want him to be adopted by Snipe. Anyway, with Eri having many Panic attacks, and Hitoshi being trapped at the foster place, Neito gets overworked. All blacks do. They decide after lot of debating to invite Aizawa and see if it’s a good idea to show Eri. They decide to have the meeting at a sex hotel, because people don’t overhear there, and usually they meet on family territory, but Ereaserhead is Underground, so it’s a bad idea to give him more info, even just by passing.
Ereaserhead is too early and nocks at the door. Hitoshi opens thinking it’s hotel personnel or something. It’s not. Aizawa is now very concerned, especially since Hitoshi is stripped down to his boxers with has fishnet shirt. Aizawa is very concerned and doesn’t want to let him leave, but black manage to convince him. Hitoshi says it’s fine, Aizawa doesn’t really trust his judgement.
Que Intro of family mess.
Nedzu gives challenge Hero vs. Villain Year wide gives advantage to Izuku. Kendo (only person who decided to lead heroes may choose as many hero students from upper year as she wants, though they still must choose the hero side, or they will aid the Villains instead. They also may decline the game.), Shadow kid of 1-B, Shinsou and Bakugou where the chosen Leaders.
Low and behold, Izuku wins and so, Nedzu helps take down the hero commission by the family’s rules. Izuku now also gets extra lessons with Nedzu. Endeavour is in jail. Mom is out and lives with the Todoroki siblings now. Their mansion is also accepted family property. They want to kill dragon, Izuku’s father, who is not All for one, but might work for him.
Bakugou gets adopted, Shinsou gets adopted. Is Neito in foster care? If yes, he also gets adopted. Izuku is an adult by the Quirkless adult law. Eri gets adopted by Aizawa. Izuku moves in with them.
All Might maybe dies at the Kami no battle since his Quirk left him earlier and there is the added stress of not knowing where the Quirk is. Neito might be seen by Nedzu, but probably more because of the family since he doesn’t use the superstrength. They only tried it once and didn’t dare too again, at least on their own. It is suspicious to have so many broken bones all the sudden.
