Chapter Text
As his Olivia held him tighter, he could feel the claws of his worries release him to find other prey. Who could have believed it? The Dragonborn had found a protector.
One hand cupping her jaw and the other at her back he guided her to the bed. He thanked the gods it was of sturdy construction because he had spent a long few weeks dreaming and planning for this moment.
They stood beside the bed as he started on the strings of her night shift. Opening it, he let it slip to the floor, leaving her in nothing at all. He studied her thoroughly.
“By the gods, you are fair, Olivia”
She blushed before him and made the proper thanks, but he knew she didn’t actually believe him. It was written in the tension in her body, in the fearful expression she wore. His palm rose to rest flat against her collarbone almost of its own volition, and it followed the path his eyes were blazing across her supple flesh.
Heavy, large breasts rested in his hand, the jutting curve of a hip, soft and natural, the slight puff of her stomach where he imagined pressing his face to rest in the aftermath of what he intended to be a very long night: He traced each with his fingers, noting the subtle rise in her breaths, the fluttering heart in her chest.
Guilus guided her to the straw mat where he slept, and he followed close behind, his nose chasing some elusive scent clinging to her skin. Then it came to him, lavender. He followed that scent to her arm and her breast. Unable to resist, his tongue crept out and licked the nipple of that breast, and he was rewarded with Olivia’s moan.
He was suddenly greedy.
He wanted more of those sounds out of her. He bit at that nipple, nibbling until it turned pink and pointed. She continued to moan for him, delightfully verbal in the throes as it were. He found himself competing with himself. Challenging himself to make her moan louder and longer.
And, Gods, he was hard. He groaned as he rubbed against her. He’d never last once he was inside her. Never. Knowing this, he nipped at her skin as he moved lower. He closed his eyes in pleasure at the sound of her moaning his name.
He hooked her thigh in his hand and spread it back, baring her sweet center to his gaze. She glistened in the candlelight, and he groaned again. Silently thinking a prayer of gratitude to Lady Mara’s benevolence, he leaned in to taste sweet and salty on his tongue. Her musk was almost floral in his nostrils and he had to resist the urge to bury himself in her and forget himself.
He arranged her leg on the mattress and pulled back the little hood that hid the prize he sought. Looking up at her, he caught green eyes in his gaze as he softly flicked at the tiny bud. Her pleasure was truly glorious. Her back arched and her mouth opened in silent moans. “Gods, Livvie.”
Guilus found himself surrounded by the soft scent of her and lost in making her come apart. He took the bud in his mouth and watched her carefully as he suckled her, tasting her on his tongue. She reached out to grip the bedframe in a white-knuckled grasp, and did that give him a rush of pride, that he’d made this goddess weak with ecstasy.
He slipped a single finger to her slit and could have groaned her name at the feel of it, the slick she’d made for him, had his mouth not been already well occupied. As it was, he felt the tightening of her walls on his hand and he stroked her inside as he nibbled and licked her nub. When she finally came for him it was with a warrior’s shout, her head back and mouth to the ceiling. He smiled against her soft, wet flesh and hoped to all the Divines that Lucia slept through that.
Guilus would wait no longer he fell upon her in a kiss so wild and intemperate that he would apologize later, he decided. Olivia’s soft, stunned kiss undid him. There was no artiface in her. She was a walking truth.
He freed his cock and entered her, feeling bound in a way he’d never felt. He whispered, “Sweet Lady, Olivia, I love you.”
Her hands slid over his skin and into his loose hair, unbraided from his bath earlier. She wrapped her long legs about his hips and bit his lip in the sweetest way. He looked into her eyes. “Olivia?”
Her eyes glistened with unshed tears and she shook her head softly, reassuring him, he thought. “It’s… I’m good. I just… I feel too much, Guilus.”
Her confession broke the leash he’d put on the beast. With a growl, he began to thrust into her, watching the graceful arch of her neck as she gasped and met his thrust. “Guilus.”
Her voice was a plea for more, filled with the need for a man, a song in his ears. His Livvie didn’t fear him. His relief was a living thing, and he let the wolf off the chain to claim the mate of his heart. He bit her shoulder as he pounded into her, his sword arm holding her around her back, keeping her in place for his cock. She wanted his rough touch. Her panting breaths said she needed the beast as much as the man, though she didn't know it was there. He fucked her with all the ferocity of the wolf and loved her with the passion of a man.
It was his worst secret, the bane of his heart. He had sold his soul to the daedra and felt, at times, the face he wore, only a mask. Her soft cries in his ear cleansed him and absolved him. He felt as if the Divines forgave him his trespass. They had to if this is the blessing they confer on him, this sweet spirit of love and compassion, fierce and soft at once.
She came again with him inside her, soft waves on his cock that brought him, with a shout and a grunt, to his own end. He emptied himself inside her, of not only seed but also his losses, his pain, his fears. Divines, she couldn’t be real. He repeated her name as if in prayer.
When he finished, he stayed buried deep and tucked into the curve of her neck, slick with sweat and marked with his bite to assure himself this was in fact real. His senses were awash with her scent and her warmth. Then, a miracle of the Divines descended on him as he heard her whispered huff of breath in his ear and a tiny gasped, I love you from her lips.
He pulled away to look at her. She glowed with it. Tears fell from her eyes as she repeated. “I love you, Giulus. I love you.”
The smile spread from his heart as he petted the tears from her cheeks. “We leave with the dawn. You must sleep, my love.” They settled to sleep, but he could only lie there and relive those words.
If she were to ever know, would she still feel love for a werewolf? He wasn’t allowed to speak of it, had vowed to the Circle that he never would. As the leader of the companions, he had obligations he’d come to resent. He’d wanted a simple life, a life of service. Maybe, he’d have wanted family one day. Instead, he’d ended up a Thane and Harbinger, both titles came with service and sacrifice. Odd, he thought, that the only title he craved now was that of husband.
